    Steve needs to compete in the Mens Physique Olympia, he could easily beat Jason Poston.

    • @Someonebutnoone10
      @Someonebutnoone10 8 років тому +4

      not according to the last two olympias he entered

    • @BenMotivated
      @BenMotivated 8 років тому +1

      Deven Fuentes You also have to realize some of these positions are fixed. Ryan Terry should have placed at least 3rd this year. Poston came in looking like a Classic Physique competitor this year, too big, and placed 3rd.

    • @birdman4birdlegs
      @birdman4birdlegs 8 років тому +4

      +Benjamin Affliction Kind of weird you talk about him needing to go to the olympia as if he hasn't done that already. He's never cracked top 3 and was beaten by a lot less well known personalities in fitness. I imagine there isn't a ton of money to be made for steve in this compeition. He'd probably get just as much publicity having a booth at the olympia or repping optimum and bb.com

    Your 60% is my 120%, I can't bench 120KG's lol. Gonna try working both chest and muscle groups at once so I can do them both twice a week instead. Thanks for the video, great workout!

    • @ardaarsen
      @ardaarsen 5 років тому

      When I first started I was accidentaly doing guillotine press 4 x 8 x 100kg. After learning the proper technique. Leg drive, shoulder lock, rom, tight & wide grips, elbow and knee position etc. I suddenly jumped to 4 x 8 x 125kg.
      Back in my newbie days I was around 92 93kg. Bulking also helps alot. I'd say every kg you gain adds to your bench PR. Now Im around 105kg. Plus almost 2 years passed. Can do 4 x 8 x 140kg.
      3 plates zone is a must have achievement. Thats the thin gray line where people start to observe you ;)

      Find your one rep max, find the percentage of that, then do the amount of reps suggested. So you're pushing yourself to lift a heavy load for reps.
