    Points I took from this:
    1. What you say is just as important as how you say it
    2. Talk with a purpose
    3. Understand who you're speaking to
    4. Try to make them understand the value of whatever you're talking about, and how it would benefit them

As a professional business consultant in the hospitality industry with marketing expertise, I also recognize the importance of strategic communication, as shown in the video. I also believe that if businesses implement efficient communication strategies and define clear goals, they can significantly improve collaboration across management, staff operations, and advertising. In my experience, understanding what you want to convey, knowing your audience, and demonstrating the value can lead to greater engagement with the brand. This definitely will increase loyalty, satisfaction, and success. I'm convinced that when these elements are communicated and shared effectively, the brand, the team, and the business win.

I can relate that "What you say is just as important as how you say it" by a conversation I had with one office representative. I thought that one office was closed for the day, so I called the other office to relate information to the office I thought was closed. The lady on the line heard what I had to say and a sweet as pie said "We are not an answering service, try calling them". I quickly apologized and told her that I should have called the other office first. I came out of that conversation thinking how she could have chosen to say that the office was open and leave out the "We are not an answering service". Regardless of how aggressive or nice the words may sound, they can still have the same sting.

It's Not Manipulation, It's Strategic Communication | Keisha Brewer
Jadi what you say is just as important as how you say it dan ini disebut strategic communication. Jadi cara mendapatkan apa yang kita mau adalah
    1. identify the goal. Jadi artinya itu kita perlu lihat dan mengidentifikasi tujuan kita supaya nantinya kita tahu apa yang menjadi tujuan kita bercommunicate.
    2. understand your audience. Jadi anda perlu cari tahu tentang lawan bicara anda dan mengetahui apa saja interest dari lawan bicara anda.
    3. communicate the value. Setelah itu baru anda membahas kesamaan interest itu dengan lawan bicara anda, supaya dia mengetahui dan senang bercommunicate dengan anda.
    4. Express the need.

Thanks Keisha. Indeed, "what one says is just as important as how it's said."
It kinda goes with the maxim, "think before you talk"....
Persons who are concerned or intentional about every Communication process I figured are quiet people. They process the who, what, why and how before opening the gates called mouth
