6-minute apple pie:
- 1 apple of your choice, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon of water
Add to mug and microwave 1 min
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- a pinch of salt
Mix
In a separate bowl mix
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon softened room temp butter
Spread evenly over the apples and microwave for 3-4 minutes

Just for people to know, The six minute crisp was actually really GOOD! If you guys think that like since it is in a microwave it will not be good, you guys are WRONG. This turned out really good and my family liked this! Even a young child(like me) could make this. Super easy and delicious! You have to try it!

day 1: go to the grocery and no one is social distancing so u go back home.
day 2: go back to the grocery and u see someone shouting for the manager... u go back home
day 3: go back to the grocery and u see lots a people there without a mask, u go back home
day 4: go back to the grocery and realize that u forgot to bring money, u go back home
day 5: go to the grocery and realize u forgot ur mask... u go back home
day 6: go to the grocery and see that people aren't social distancing but u give up and just buy the ingredients and finally make the pie.

I have never had apple pie before but that looks delicious! lowkey makes me wanna try, I'll probably try the first two hehe
If you live in North America you dont even have to make a homemade one,which is better than store bought btw, you can just go to the freezer section and pick one out to take home to bake... or you can purchase one in the bread section or go to a local bakery. They taste awesome either way but be careful they are super sweet definitely not recommended if you have blood sugar issues lol🙂

i made the 6 minute one- its delicious! i don’t like pie but it was super yummy!
I like the 60-min version most - less time consuming and looks beautiful . You can apply some procedures (e.g. last layer ) of the 6- hour version to the 60-min version. Thanks for sharing

I made the 60 mins pie and it was really successful!
Funny how I’m watching this just hours before I’m going to make an American style apple pie this afternoon. I make my pie with 6-8 Royal Gala apples, and I cut them into diced and then I toss them in a cooking pot with some cinnamon and sugar and a tablespoon of water and heat up just so the sugar dissolves into the liquids (the water and any juice the apples release) and all apples gets coated with the sugar and cinnamon, so that process is a bit similar to the filling of the 6h pie but other than that the pie is more like the 1h pie only with a hone made pie crust and I don’t bother with making any fancy patterns. I peel and prepare the apples while the pie crust dough is resting in the fridge so all in all the pie takes about a couple of hours from making the pie crust until the finished pie is out of the oven. Best served warm or reheated with some vanilla ice cream
