Go back into nature and do meditative movement like yoga flow or dance flow or paint and color

@WiseCentaur Meditation is definitely a practice that should be incorporated in everyone's routine LOL This reminds me of the Eisenhower Box. That is such a great way to organise your tasks! By seperating urgency and important really does wonders in being productive and getting that things that actually needs done done. This is honestly such a great reminder! Thank you for sharing that :) If you like, I can also do a video about that

I always feel an urge to do the things that take more mental stimulation first thing in the morning
That is very good Bebe! Not many people can say that! I am guilty of this sometimes too! I jump onto youtube right when I open my eyes LOL
I do the mind dump thing ALL day! I always have a little notebook next to me at work and when something comes into it (like remembering things to add to my grocery list), I write them down and they no longer linger in my mind because I know I wrote them down for later
That is such a great habit to have!!
