For the next 9 weeks I’ll be uploading a workout for that week.

Alongside this routine: Walk/Jog/Run 1-4 miles daily , maintain a low carb and sugar diet.

Day 1, I managed 8 minutes, bearing in mind I've never exercised for over a decade, have secondary cushings and 17st. Day 2 tomorrow but will edit at end of week 1. Thanks for the uploads, really appreciated x

3/18- I feel like crap and have been sitting here thinking of every excuse NOT to start today and how I can just "start tomorrow". I silenced the voice of procrastination and am starting TODAY!!

This was a great workout!!! I started yesterday 3/18 and did this as a circuit 2x with a 3 min rest in between and baby let me tell you I was feeling it. Followed with a 2 mile walk on my walking pad felt amazing. I think if I can get outdoors to do the walk it’ll be next level!

I’ve been coming to the gym for a little over 6 months now consistently. Down 70 lbs. I found you today 6/4 1243 am I was looking for workouts and this playlist popped up & can I just say this is the fastest I got to sweating this much in a very long time. I’m going to do this for the next couple weeks each one on the playlist and I’ll comment on each one as I complete them. This one was great looking forward to tomorrows . Thank you ! 🎉❤

Started 4/26 been doing another one of ur fupa workouts but this one had me dead by the end! Sticking with this challenge. Taking progress photos also I’m 5”8 and 195 lbs my goal is 175” to start! Doing my best to stay consistent outside of the workouts also with what I eat and everything else! ❤ thank you
