this is exactly the mix we all need out here.. variety, spice of life... SOOOO many hiit workouts, but so little viable kettlebell workouts.. i need that variety.. THANK YOU COACH!

The wife was going to do a body weight work out and I'll said I'll give it a miss and had a lie in, when this was on offer I got out of bed and done this work out which has set me up for the day

My absolute favourite workout of Joe's. Great variety, challenging but not impossible moves, a real confidence builder to get me on my toes for push ups again. Will definitely do this one again to challenge myself with heavier weights and more reps.

This was great! 30 mins is so manageable and really felt like I’d done a full a body workout. Joe could we have more workouts like cycle 3 of the plan? A mixture of weights and cardio? That would be fab!

What a workout. More of this please. I used dumbbells all through as I dont have kettle bells. Not an issue with this workout.
Sweating nicely, heart rate up nicely and wishing I used 12.5kg instead of 15kg but got there.
Best dumbbell workout yet.
I really like these as I'm not a massive cardio person but this sneaks it in without realising.

This was a tough one! I’d love to see more kettlebell and dumbbell workouts, I enjoyed it!
I haven't did many hiit workouts since you stopped the pe with Joe sessions, but I have been riding my bike for 1 hour 5 days a week.
I did the hardcore workout you posted last month the other day. I thought I'd fly through it.
My legs were in agony for 3 days afterwards lol. Thank you.

Hugs from 🇨🇦!! Awesome workout Joe! Have enjoyed your workouts for years! I love kettlebells and so glad to see you including them. I would be happy to see more kettlebells/dumbbells/body weight combo workouts. Quick, easy to do from home and effective! Maybe something with halos sometime? 😀.
Just an observation...I totally get that you are trying to keep your workouts within a quick timeframe but please, please please if you can’t include a stretch, encourage your followers to stretch on their own after-maybe direct them to your own cooldown and stretch☺️. As someone who spent my youth not warming up or cooling down properly, I paid the price and became injured to the point of near immobility in early middle age. It took me about 5 years to get it back but I will never take my mobility for granted again. I know you value caring for you body because I have heard you say you have also been injured from overuse.
That said I will definately be checking out your other kettlebell workouts!! 🙏
