This was so perfect. I don't like KB workouts with a tonne of swings as I have a dodgy shoulder and this was really enjoyable and I'm feeling the burn. Thank you 👍

only just come across this one - brilliant work out gets your heart racing and your standing still, so doesnt help my step count...lol

Love this Kettlebell HIIT workout. Makes a nice change from cardio HIIT. Could really feel my muscles kicking in, and heart rate was elevating quite nicely too. I will definitely be adding this routine to my regular workouts. I did an extra round to make it up to 30 mins. I really like this kettlebell framework! I started doing this on my muscle building complex workout off days. Sometimes switch up the first and last exercise by starting with single leg deadlift and ending with dual kettlebell carries. Major arm pump!

What weight is this?
What weight kettlebell would you recommend for someone who currently uses 10kg dumbbells and my wife who is on 5kg?
Never done anything like this before, will be looking out for more. Lots of new moves to do with weights
