Overall, and excellent work. It was brief (not even 30 minutes), well paced and intense. My only criticism is that is was bicep heavy - 3 movements that directly targeted the biceps. I subbed a tricep exercis for the bicep curl round. Overall, it was great, and was an amazing way to start day. Thank you.

Awesome workout it’s nice having something different on here. But I think you should do some more no equipment all body workouts. I agree I did get confused with the reverse lunges
Great workout! I went slightly too heavy on the first attempt but now buzzing. Quick question - you changed legs a few times on the lunges. So, should it be same leg back as the arm holding the dumbell or opposite? Does it matter? Felt great either way.

I had your 35 minute 2020 dumbbell workout smashed. This has reminded me of reality! Progression.
