    The endorphins have really kicked in after this. This time last year my mobility and physical health was shot. But, after a year of concentrating on it - gently, and sensibly, because Chronic Fatigue / ME) via your PE with Joe and your other workouts, as well as Isa Welly's fantastic pilates videos and general physio exercises, I've had the most brilliant improvement on my physical and mental health. Thank you.

    A year ago today I did my first PE workout with Joe....having completed the 90 day plan I am still going and in celebration I did this bad boy workout today! 🏋️‍♂️thanks again Joe Wicks - you are so inspiring!

    I hate this workout. That's why I keep coming back. I just did it for the fourth time with 10s. I usually go 8s. My arms are lead now.
    Thanks Joe for the videos. Keep them coming. I love the dumbbell workouts so more of them please.
    Going to do an Abs workout now

    Overall, and excellent work. It was brief (not even 30 minutes), well paced and intense. My only criticism is that is was bicep heavy - 3 movements that directly targeted the biceps. I subbed a tricep exercis for the bicep curl round. Overall, it was great, and was an amazing way to start day. Thank you.

    Awesome workout it’s nice having something different on here. But I think you should do some more no equipment all body workouts. I agree I did get confused with the reverse lunges

    Great workout! I went slightly too heavy on the first attempt but now buzzing. Quick question - you changed legs a few times on the lunges. So, should it be same leg back as the arm holding the dumbell or opposite? Does it matter? Felt great either way.
