Love this concept, wish you the best of luck! I suggest to add inductive charging to the surface and replace the flashy colored lights with something more subdued, like relaxing sunset/orange wavelength at night transitioning to daylight/wake up color temperature etc.
We just got ours last week. It comes with a 4' cord hider so you don't trip on the cord, but unless you have an electrical box in the floor yes, you will need to run it across the floor.
Good product that could have been great. You missed out on two items that would have been easy to add, 1) Wireless Charging 2) Modern Controls like a built in tablet. Another item that would have been great is to be able to raise a part of it so if your on your couch and you want to use your laptop it's more convenient. The good news is, you can still add all of this to it and call it the Sobro 2.0 and once it has those features, I will buy one immediately.

Looks really cool but I hate how all the promotional shots show nothing of the power chord running across the floor. I don’t care about tripping, just the aesthetic of my beautiful coffee table ruined by a cable in the middle of my floor.
I really like this table but I wish they made a normal looking table. The white and black colorways feel like I’m buying a phone or a boring car. I get it’s a high end table but it would be awesome if it was a more normal looking rather than a futuristic block.

Sorry, but this is so underwhelming! The best you can do is to put few charging ports on a side with a small drawer that keeps separate cables, and every time I need to use a charger I have to take the cable out of the drawer, plug it in, and then unplug it and put it back in the drawer??? That's even worse than what I have now with my ordinary regular table... I kinda expected a half underwhelming solution like integrated retractable cable, but you just made a small drawer to store a cable that needs to be taken in and out all the time??
Are you really complaining about how a charger works? You can put anything you want in the drawers but they show putting your usb cables in there for easy access if you don’t just leave them plugged in. Sure more improvements could be made but overall I think it’s a dope table
