I would try making this stuff at home before I buy any of it. I bet it all cost a fortune and usually people living in small homes can't afford big homes so they probably can't afford ridiculously expensive furniture either. DIY is the best way to go. There's plenty of tutorial videos on UA-cam for all sorts of space saving things.
Love stuff like this. Takes minimalism to a whole other level - or even laziness; as the less space you require, the less space you have to clean. And of course for affordability, as small apartments are cheap apartments :P

I want a Smart Bed, that thing is awesome.
I pitty da foo who buys the "Smart" bed. The bed frame is HUGE & serves as a barrier for accessing your bedside or to fit your linen. Cheap & awkwardly located speakers you gotta hope doesn't malfunction like the unergonomic massage fixture built to fit it's Asian market; hence the extendable laptop table at which you can only kneel or sit cross-legged. All of which obstructs the draw & cabinet storage you gotta climb around to access because you'll no longer be needing a bedside table. And of course; pointless use of excessive padding because you have a massive open-plan bedroom with lots of space to fill.
Can someone please explain what's the point of a bed that folds up out of the way. Isn't the floor space that's occupied by the bed useless anyway? What would someone put in that floor space when the bed was up? Wouldn't you need to find a place to put that thing when you wanted to put the bed down? I just don't understand how this is saving any space unless you never slept.
Burbank - google image "murphy beds". Traditional beds are really only good for sleeping & reclining in & there's not much functional space you can use above it so it consumes ceiling space as well. Even the space either side of the bed can be functionally unusable except as a bedside access. If you can fold it up out of the way, especially concealing it into the wall cavity, you can use the floor space for exercise, living room extension, table settings for office & dinning room facilities; it's an innovative renovation idea whether you're living a micro-apartment or a minimalist, open plan penthouse.
You can buy the smart bed on ebay for a total of 2000 dollars depending on the model with a safe included. One model even has a massage chair

Most of these furniture items have actually already been invented!!! Just take a look at 5th wheel trailer homes and RV's. this stuff isn't new, just already in-place designs taken from trailer homes and RV's that most people don't look into unless buying one.
