Quick note: This video recording and match occurred prior to the Wraith nerfs. I think the build is still viable just not as good due to the card scaling nerfs.
I'll comment again later, but did anyone else notice the fakeout he did with the card at 4:30? He fired a card at lash, but last minute turned towards viscous. Impressive card control.
Note that they recently updated Quicksilver Reload such that it does not proc if you have a full clip. This means you don't have to be as concerned about wasting an ability to use it.
Great call out
Great content man
let the end be a lesson on just how easy it is to forget soul rebirth in a team fight - even when it's on the one #1 guy you're paying attention to
10:15 i hate when abrahms puts his bomb on me
Especially when he's on your team. Friendly fire, much?
This was a crazy game to watch. One thing I'm wondering though. I wonder if picking up Warp Stone would have been a better pickup than E-Shift. I know it's weird to have another teleport when you already have one in your kit. However I think some death's due to Haze and Bebop Ult could have been avoided if he Warp Stoned out to a safer position. I think Vampiric Burst would have been a good pickup at some point later in the game. Easier to say for me as the watcher though.
I know this is not related to Wraith, but I did have a question for you. I dont see much Warden anymore do you think he has really fallen off? I want to try him. Also I really really enjoy your commentary on these videos. I think it is some of the best analysis of Deadlock. Keep up the good work my man.
Warden probably has fallen off a bit but I have been trying him out and have been having an okay time. Very good in 1v1 fights.
Warden is not great right now but the meta shifts pretty often. If you think he looks fun it's worth trying him out.
Just noticed he has a Warden build should have put this question on that. My b.
Warden is amazing in 1v1s, the issue is its really hard to coordinate with your team when you're running in, and he doesn't really have the sustained tankiness to just walk through the enemy team like Abrams does and lacks a way to get the jump on the enemy team, meaning you just have to walk at the enemy damage dealers and pray that when you die you did enough for your team to clean up.
