bro once i want to dunk soo hard and jump as hard as i can and with my good technique and i broke my lower leg im not overweight just a little bit skinny only think i didnt do consistently is doing strech before playing ball and what im saying is warm up well before playin and its not jumping that much if you improved your jump technique once and cant jump high you gotta go to weight room session bro
Hi Miller i just want to ask my dominant is my right leg but i use my left leg when its come to one foot jump, when im trying to jump with my right leg its feel like not going up but i certain for sure that my right leg vert is on around 29 inch and my left leg is around 36, and my question is, should i go use my right leg more or should i just stick to left leg btw i use my right leg on two foot jump i hope you answer my question
btw keep in mind growing up i always use my left leg to a lay up knowing my right leg is more dominant one! because i always see my friends using there left leg i myself just copy them.

What do you mean lower your center of gravity?
It means your body point should going a bit lower in your last couple steps.
Bend your knees
Get your hips lower in the steps leading up to the take off

Naturally comfortable is a key. So if you jump higher with left - keep jumping with left and improve your vert on this side🙌
