I was gifted two front seat tickets to see them and I hardly moved from my seat once for hours. Show was beyound amazing. Outdoor venue and the sound and performance was way better than anything I have ever experienced I will remeber it till I pass from this world. God blessed my brother and I with that experience. Very dear memory.

Alrhough he actually has done this a couple of times before, still. I would love it if more often, Jeff Coffin would include a mini flute solo before his tenor sax equivalent on this song, all as a means to reprise, revive, and pay tribute to what LeRoi did on Listener Supported! ❤

Love this song…. All time favorite was when Jeff was playing with Bela Fleck and they came out and played. Leroi and Jeff slayed!!!! I think that version was 30+ minutes 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Also, no offense to TR but his solo in this didn’t illicit any response from me or even the crowd. Happens about 75% of the time he solos when he plays within DmB. He’s way better when it’s D&T.

@@dude4173 more than half the fan base thinks the opposite so that’s why I think they’ve slowly done away with it. Which in my opinion is not a bad thing
@@zRelentless if that were true, maybe we could find a single clip of TR or RR playing a solo in DMB - and I mean a clip that was purposely uploaded just to see their solo. If there is one, it definitely doesn’t have half a million views like Jeff Coffin’s solo below.

He did. He had that old ass crusty ass Gibson. Than changed to a Taylor 914c in 2001 and in 2011/2012 switched to his custom rockbridge guitars. I miss the Taylor 😢

Love this song, but it's just not the same without Boyd. My dream is to see him rejoin the band. You didn't realize how much a part of the music he was until he was gone.

Wrong... it's because Boyd became lazy. Missed his solos, out of tune/screeching constantly, and missed his cues to play.
