Opening the machine and using a blow dryer with paper towels worked for me! Bear in mind, you might not see actual water but might feel some moisture especially around the censor located in the back panel (look for the spare part he posted in this video, its screwed to the base of the machine) Dry, dry and dry some more! Those censors or VERY sensitive! I was at the verge of calling a tech after 24hrs of error codes and me attempting to tilt my machine to no avail...then this worked!!
Thanks Daryl! Great instruction video. Straight to the point. I have seen several videos before yours and learned nothing at all. Keep up the great work.
thank you!!! ANOTHER TIP! Keep on tilting all side until water is drained out! My washing machine didnt have an access cavity to dry the chip, so I resorted to tilting the water out
Samsung??! Nope. Not gonna get one. It’s like having a teen ager in the house again. “I don’t want to drain right, I ll just dribble a little “. Testy teen. But you’re good, you know how to handle that teen. Another very informative video. Thank you for taking the time to do it.
Thanks Daryl, I'm gonna try this tomorrow woth my machine. It has thrown this code several times (with leaks) and since it's in a hard place to access, taking it out and titling it to drain it isn't veru practical long term. Would not using softener to begin with (after cleaning out the areas uou showed) permanently solve the problem? Or could it be that using cold water is the culprit (no softener added)?
I seem to have a clog on the top where the softer goes. Any suggestions other than the hot water? I tried but didn’t work. It’s weird because I never use softener
@@darylturcott I figured out the problem. For some reason the drain hose was stuck. Probably an air bubble. I moved it and all of the sudden a lot of water started coming out to the drain. After that I haven’t had issues. Thanks!

Thanks for watching. I do quite a few repair videos. Some are better than others. I get over talkative sometimes.

This one belongs to my wifes cousin.
They should have talked to you before they bought it, you could have investigated the repair problems.
Brilliant video sir. You deserve your own cape
So nice of you

Maybe some compressed air or a flexible pipe cleaner wire?

Happy it helped
there is a easier way of doing this instead of marking up walls when leaning unit and damaging unit if it was to slip down the wall
Thanks for watching
