This is one of the most comprehensive fix-it videos I have ever watched! Most fix-it videos leave out a lot of information that you have to figure out on your own. I look forward to more of your videos! Keep up the good work.

After watching other peoples video's I found yours was the most informative and understanding and I will do exactly what you said and do. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and to educate me and other people what works without pulling apart the machine. Other people took everything apart for something so simple of what you did. I just had mine pop up the error code after it was done washing. After 4yrs since I bought it new, this is only trouble I had and yes sometimes my family and me overfills the compartments. oops hehehe. Thank you!!!! 🤫😀

Much help! thanks so much for sharing! We did all the stuff you said at 1st as well based on the manual but no luck either. This did the trick!!

Extremely helpful video! It worked for me. However, opening the back panel is an alternative to lifting up the machine. I used a blow dryer with paper towels to dab and clean around the censor, didnt have to unscrew it!
Bear in mind, you might not see actual water but might feel some moisture especially around the censor, located as described.
Dry, dry and dry some more! Those censors are VERY sensitive! I was at the verge of calling a tech after 24hrs of error codes and me attempting to tilt my machine to no avail...then this worked!!!

well, mine just broke again and now all the lights are blinking. I don’t see any error code. It stays at just “4” for 5 seconds, then starts to blink, “1 :8 “ with half the buttons blinking with it. I drained it for 2 days, but it’s still not doing anything. It just says 4 then blinks when I turn it on.

Could you just shoot a blow dryer on the sensor without removing them?

there is a easier way of doing this and not damaging walls and not in danger of unit sliding down and causing major damage
