Go into the menu in the FMC and click on 'STATE LOAD'. Then, click on the state that fits best to what you want. Set the plane up to be exactly how you want it. Then go back to the menu and save the state under a name that makes sense to you. Finally, set that new sate as your start-up sate. Next time you load into the plane it will be set up exactly as you like.
