NEW 2024 NISSAN TITAN NOT SELLING!! Here’s Why…

- Nissan is stopping production of its beloved titan. It is a VA truck that has been out for many years that people do like but unfortunately Nissan is stopping production. The sales have been rough throughout the years and it’s always been a challenge for Nissan to get its
 market share
leave a comment. Let me know your opinion on the Nissan Titan.
If I didn't already have a 2021 PRO4X that's been flawless I'd buy one 👍
bought a 2024 Titan XD a few weeks ago , great truck !
That’s a nice truck
It tows more comfortably than a Ford F-150
@@eijiroinouye4115 Cool, that's what they're made to do.
@@jerrym4190 Pair of Baja Storm XDs at the local dealer trying to tempt Mr. Nice rigs.
Me too. Dumped the 23 Tundra.
lol, they aren't selling because people don't know they are on a lot. No commercials, or other advertising. These are great trucks
@@jstitan2972 they really are good trucks i’m sad to see this is the last year they’re going to be making them.
I think you have a point….because absent my viewing so many UA-cam videos re: Tacomas etc, I would not have heard of the Titan
@LK-bz9sk definitely was one of their issues. People didn’t even give Nissan a fair chance. Most people didn’t even test drive one. Before buying another brand truck.
@@WheelsandWallets it's the first one I would look at after 50 years of Nissan exposure.
I got one because UA-cam mentioned they going out
Best truck I ever owned. Might grab one end of year
Sad to see them go
Same. Owned a 07 now a 15. No issues ever. Might have to upgrade😊
They are just about gone, the Nissan dealer near me only has 2 left and I don’t believe they will be getting any more in.
just bought me a 2024 Titan XD. so for a great truck. had 2004 titan and it was the best truck i ever owned.
Nice they are good trucks!!!
Is there any way to fit it with a larger tank? So far, I have not found anyone who has done so and that small tank is a recurring knock I've heard.
You run only premium gas through them? Considering buying one!
Shop nationwide. Bought a loaded new 2024 Titan Pro 4X last month. Truck is awesome 1,500 miles in! Would have had to spend about $80k for the same thing in a Tundra. I paid $47k in Jacksonville, Florida.
That’s a good deal!!
@bobbywilliams3318 Oooooh man! I knew this price was possible… I gotta keep my poker face with the dealer…. He keeps telling me it will be gone sooon.. mind sharing the interest rate and how many months?
Wow good on you for snagging that deal. Mind sharing which dealer you went with in Jacksonville?
I own a 2007 Titan that I purchased in 06 for 44,000. It's at 96,000 miles, and only 2 issues shifter linkage bushing (3.50), and overfill hose going to the gas tank was leaking. I fixed it with a 3/8 hose and 2 clamps. Never changed the belts and never changed the coolant. This truck has been good to me. The V8 engine is very strong and reliable. The truck runs like a race car. I can outrun most cars on the road. I replaced the factory radio, but the Bose speaker still sounds good.
I was going to trade it for a newer model, but the new looking Titans don't have a decent size back window, and the front door/window reminds me of a Ford.
I would love to get a Titan in the future, maybe if the focus on making something different and special. Like a wider axle or a dully. Call it a Nissan Titan HardBody or a Titan Knock. Focus on luxury and premium to justify what we are paying for. And just maybe it will last another 20 years.
They should’ve given the Titan Warrior the green light on production. That was a beastly looking concept truck. Now let’s beef up that Frontier with something like that. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
That’s so true that would be awesome if they have some sort of frontier that’s just like a raptor
Talk about a missed opportunity with the Titan Warriors
@@shadeylady8993 absolutely.
I pray they don't stop making the Titan! I have three and love them all. 231,000 miles; 172,000 miles and 77,000 miles. ALL run like new.
Brand loyalty is a psychological phenomenon that causes dumb decisions. It's like American junk is OK to be expensive, but Japanese reliability should cost LESS for some reason. No brand loyalty for me.
Amen
Dealers are the ones who want cut prices “ It would be nice if we could bypass dealers all together and order factory direct”
@@almroldschool8285 and I’m in car sales but I have to agree the Tesla buying experience for most people is pretty nice direct from the manufacturer
but how the state laws are set up it’s gonna be a long time till more manufactures offer that but I do know car sales is definitely going to change quite a bit in the next 30 to 50 years
I bought my 2024 platinum reserve because i have a 2004 endurance engine man these two trucks are the best truck pickups right now
They are good trucks
I have a 2015 Yukon XL, I'm thinking about trading it in for a Titan. Mainly because it's the last true V8. My kids have their own cars and trucks, I no longer have the need for a gigantic SUV.
The old Diesel option was a Cummins.
I will be buying a Titan shortly! It is the best option for old school guys like me. Screw the V6 turbo. I have had too many friends with newly purchased Ford and GM truck problems. I want to leave and get home.
The Titan is a good truck!!
We have titans in stock we are in Oklahoma but can ship it anywhere
Email- wheelsandwallets@gmail.com
Have you heard any problems with the gm canyon, I’m between that frontier and this truck
It is too late Titan production stopped this past week
I bought my Titan 2 weeks ago. Got $15k below msrp
Is the Nissan v8 and the transmission as reliable as v6 and transmission of v6?
With the Tundra being a pile of crap these will probably start selling!
I literally just got rid of that rolling turd (23) for a 21 Titan. This is what the Gen 3 tundra should have been. Feels just like my 2011 Tundra, but improved in everyway.
Nissan is offering 10-15k off the sticker plus 0% interest for 60 months..... I picked my 2024 last month It is the best truck I've ever owned...loaded to the 9s, has ventilated seats, and a giant moon roof Pro 4x...The truck is a beast
I bought mine about a month ago and I'm a converted Chevy guy.
This guy is smoking dope. I got mine for 53k. I drove a Chevy, Dodge and Ford as well. The same equipped Chevy was about 30k more. Who the hell wants a V6 in their truck.
This truck has anything and everything you could possibly imagine in a vehicle --- not just a truck. Heated/AC front seats, heated back seat, moon roof that covers the whole top, when towing there's a adjustment that you can switch your headlights lower if you're "sqatting"...I can't even list all the cool things on this truck.
My 23 Titan Pro-4x has been awesome!! Coming from a 2010 Tacoma. The Titan has some much more power and room!! I love it!! Best truck ever!!
Nice truck!
i love nissans. i drive a 2002 pathfinder AND I LOVE IT minor repairs over the years and still going strong
That’s awesome thank you for watching
1987 Hardbody, still on the job at 428,000 miles. Still like it too.
I never get the idea of this brand loyalty when this corporations dont give an f other than your money while they get bailed out by tax payers money whenever they go bankrupt.
You do have a great point most manufacturers if not, all have taken billions of dollars
It's a personal identity thing, like with Harleys.
In SW FL they are knocking off $20k on many of the Titans, so there are deals to be had. Nissan should have produced a very basic stock Titan (w/V8) and sold it for $28 - $30k they would have sold the crap out of those trucks. Nissan does not have the overhead as the big 3 (labor) and they MISSED a killer sales opportunity. Titans are very under appreciated and are great truck. Now all the mrg's want to do is push a V6 or V4 w/turbo - that is a BIG FAIL!!
Definitely a great truck. Sad to see them go
Just left the lot. They only wanted to come down 5000 off the 69000 price tag. Driving that back to back with my 2021 ram it's night and day. If they got to about 15000 of I'd really consider it. Resale will be trash so it's a ride it till it dies truck
I know some Nissan dealerships are definitely giving huge discounts
But I’m not sure I’ve seen one 15,000 on a titan yet but the days on lot are still very high and it is the last year for the titan unfortunately
@WheelsandWallets problem is the vehicle doesn't have the refined feel of the big 3. I'm not saying it's a bad truck but a 2025 ram limited can be had for 70000. No way the nissan should be same price. Hard steering, bumpy ride, inferior interior material. It should have been priced 5 to 7 grand naturally below other trucks. Add to that it's discontinued no reason they should be givingv15000 off. This is the reason there being discontinued in 1st place overprices
@thomascrompton7775 that’s a great point thanks for watching!!
I have over 400k on my 07. The start was the most expensive fix. No v6
Had a 2007 loved it but have to say the quality wasn't there metal was thin, plastics were cheap.....now this body style is just off...so not a pretty truck.....but now nobody wants these as what will the resale value be on a discontinued truck 4 or 5 years down the road
Good point anytime a manufacturer offers a huge rebate resale value is normally bad
I. bought a 2023 PRO. 4X.......Love it
That’s awesome they are sweet trucks
NIssan isn't marketing their products, whoever is in charge of marketing, needs to be replaced
I looked at a Titan, it was nice but I felt like you couldn’t tell the difference from a 2019 and 2023. The Japanese seem slow to refresh. I didn’t want a dated truck. So I bought a 23 GMC 1500 3L Duramax. I couldn’t be happier.
I used to sell Chevys now I sell Nissans the Duramax 1500 was very unique during my time at the Chevy dealership there weren’t really any issues with the Duramax
Its a good truck
Dated Japanese = PROVEN
100k mile warranty!!
I have the 2nd gen xterra which lasts and last and last forever, had the 22 frontier 4x4, nice small truck, leased a Nissan Ariya EV currently, and when my lease is up, hopefully going into a Nissan Titan.
I am not a loyal car guy by any means, but their trucks never break, have a great warranty, and the newer titans have plenty of enough tech to make me happy, and can tow my 7k trailer without breaking a sweat and no silly turbo's, just a beefy truck.
They're not the most tech updated cars, but the Ariya EV is so much tech with the 12.3" screens, it's a distraction trying to adjust the heat than ever before, plain dangerous.
The Titan is a great truck. I’m sad to see it go.
70 k for platinum which is top of the line all the bells and whistles 45 to 50 k for medium range
Just gone a pro-4x a month ago. Nice truck!
Good choice!
If you don’t get at least 10-13k off sticker on a Titan you got screwed
I've heard of people that have gotten 48k on 24 Titan pro4x OTD during this month but you must fight for incentives and discounts
That’s a good deal
Many dealerships post the price that has all the rebates included. The problem is about 1% of the world qualifies for all the rebates. They act like these trucks sell. They have only sold just over 15,000 Titans world wide on average over the last 2 years. And they are still trying to get every cent from the buyer. It’s very frustrating.
@bulldogfit1584 a lot of dealerships. Do play games
I’ve been in car sales for years. I’m thinking about getting back into it. I would work for a dealership in my local area that doesn’t play any games. They don’t even have a addendum stickers
They're also offering 0% interest right now.
@@dougdorrer4622 yes it’s great. The only issue is you can’t combine the 3,000 rebate with the 0 percent. But it’s a great rate. And the bumper to bumper coverage is the best in the game.
I got a 2017 titan sv, best truck ever
Runs great and 0 issues
I just got a 2024 pro 4 x for 52k loaded with the big ass sunroof and everything else included...
Pathfinder? Nope. Has the auto on/off
@@theblindsharpshooter i’m not a fan of auto start & stop either
I am trading in my Toyota tundra 2022 TRD sport. For a nissan 2024 pro 4x this week .
Trade in 48k for my tundra .
NICE!
Good decision!
@@cristianstriblea792 the only truck that is better is a 2021 Tundra imo.
@jerad4336 they really are one of the best trucks on the market
Your correct people want Cars but they only want mustang cars from Ford.
I'd love to have that green one but those prices are just too high. Brand loyalty has gone out the window for a lot of people I know just because of reliability, quality, and affordability. I didn't like Dodge Ram and after spending time in one they grew on me.
I sold Chevys and probably over half the people I sold trucks too would never even look at another brand truck people do still have some brand loyalty
I had a new 2011 good truck back then
I want one I’m 23 now so maybe a couple o years from now
Thanks for watching!!
Just got my Titan Pro4X for $15K off msrp. This is last of the unadulterated v8. Price was comparable to mid size trucks
Ford sells a 5.0 V8 and will be for 2025. But still almost the last V8.
Good job. Good deal for a great truck.
I want that bronze edition 🔥🔥🔥
You must not have looked at sticker prices on Gm and Ford products then. $80-110k and you're complaining about $65k?
Where is this inventory located?
You mean FRONTIER on the other 4x for $49k 🤣🤣.
I love my 2018 platinum reserve
Why won't they lower the price then to move them. Because for that price you could get way more for the price by choosing another brand.
Should have brought back a diesel option.
The diesel was cool
Be thankful you didn't, the diesel cranks get stress crack and junk the engine...$16k problem
Not selling when they are so over price, rip-off!
Is there any wonder why it’s 300 plus days on the lot?? Those bronze wheels just plain Suck”Ugly Ugly ugly😅
Simple drop the price 5 or 10 grand and maybe you will get them gone “ As it is the customer is getting ripped off
just got 07 blown head gasket so its a no going Toyota
$70K is way, way, way too much money.
They are to strict with financing
Yeah, it’s definitely not A GMC or Silverado because it’s reliable
where is this dealership?
It’s a Nissan dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma
They do things very different sales people don’t get paid commission. I’ve been in car sales and they don’t even like hiring anybody that’s worked at another car lot.
But they do not negotiate as someone that’s in car sales I would rather negotiate because I know I can get a better deal but for the average person that doesn’t want to deal with that it’s definitely a better process
@@WheelsandWallets im in SC...looking for a good deal for Titan PRO4X... thanks for your time.
@@dalesuddeth5294 that’s a sweet truck. You’ll definitely find a good deal just might have to check out a few dealerships negotiate negotiate negotiate!!

@@WheelsandWallets Oh shit I didn't realize this was Tulsa thats my home town i went to jenks and moved 15 years ago.
Is this the Nissan dealership off highway 51 Sand Springs / BA expressway? If I remember right.
And then you gotta finance it. Hell nah
turbo 4 banger in a chevy full size is goy and can be and v6 turbo is also a con
These truck have never sold
These dont sell because they arent super reliable either. Yes theyre better than the new Tundras but were far from the previous Tundras.
You're wrong they're super reliable
@@scottmendoza8989 Yes, sort of. Their transmissions have issues on some of them. The transmission is also used in the Frontier and may be too small for the Titan. I test drove 3 used Titans and they all had the same issue. They were all 22 and 23s. Everytime Im slowing down to almost a complete stop while slightly braking, the car lunged fowards. It was def a trans issue confirmed by the salesman and tech. Theyre also prone to leaky sunroofs etc. Engine is super solid though. I ended up getting a brand new 24 Frontier over a used Titan.
@@eliteexposure5594 all they had to do was reflash it they reflash my Titan and it was perfect
It has an odd-looking design. Plus Nissans don't have good resale value.
Buying any vehicle for the “resale value” is flawed logic. They are all depreciating assets.
I'll give you 10k
Has anyone taken you up on this 😂
@@mrxmrp8795 lolol noo
They are ancient.
Low resale value
The front of those trucks ... ugly!
Too expensive is the reason. GM, Ford, Chrysler sucks.
Great truck but sheesh that front end is ugly as sin
