In this video, we complete the steering on the f150 prerunner truck and take it for a test drive. We are very happy with how the steering came out and cannot wait to drive it in the dirt!

One of the cleanest F builds I’ve ever seen. Super clean .
thank you! We are very pleased with how it has come out
Great channel! I would love to see a Dana 35 TTB Cut and Turn tutorial.
Probably wanna upgrade those locks to something a bit harder to bypass.
What kings are those
Question for when you guys do the walk about it. What gears are you running in your rear axle, and also, are you running a spool or a locker? Thanks guys!
I was going to ask the same thing. My guess from watching the street driving video is it has a locker. A spool would be chirping the tires every corner.
Does the truck still return to center with the ram kit installed?
Such a great job on the truck!!
Did the Saginaw swap and redtop box on mine but I'm only on 35s. Love the build! Would love a walk around since theres so much done!
My brother has a saginaw swap as well and his truck works pretty well on 37's. Once you move to 39's, ram assist is such a huge help though!
Next time use off in shelf rhs steel box section. So 2x4x 1/4 etc.
The bends are put in it while the steel is hot.
The alternative is to anneal it after cold bending/braking it.
Werdamis that's whasua badass truck keep fabin n filmin 📹🎥📺😎
Siiiiiiiiick!!! Badass dude!!!
Only thing I'd change is dump that LS for a Boss or Coyote.
Awesome video. Whoever started the habit of going through the truck and checking every nut, bolt, bracket, heim joints, amongst others did a great job. Always check your vehicle before any major event.
No joke, bought a CCLB4X4 OBS 7.3 and the front wheel came off on the freeway driving it home! Was so pissed at the guy, mostly though with myself.
100% the beam mount and frame are proof of how necessary it is, and proves that even we weren't checking often enough. I have got to say, using thread checker speeds things up so much, we can just look at the bolts rather than throwing a ratchet on!
@@WingsWorldChannel yes, a marker, nail paint, liquid paper, whatever you want, just make sure color is different so it can be easily spotted.
Thought the purple tint was intentional to keep the OEM look LoL. Great work!. Glad you guys caught that crack before hand! Looking forward to more videos!
haha! Definitely needs the tint, will help hide some of the cage too. And yes, that crack is proof that you have go to look through everything after trips.
That is one badass ford
thank you sir!
Listo pa la Baja!!!!✌
What power steering fluid are you guys running?
What are you saying at the beginning of the videos?
What is rattling inside the cab?
I didn't realize how tall that thing actually is. How much lift is it running?
I think they said they're running a rough country 3 inch x)
It's just an add a leaf leveling kit
I don't think it has a suspension lift, believe it all BODY LIFT..
I am not sure exactly how much taller the truck is, but the height comes from setting the truck up to function properly with a correct ratio between up travel and down travel! If anything this truck sits too high but you are limited with how much uptravel you can get while still retaining the frame rails.
@@WingsWorldChannel so what you're saying is its time to build a tube chassis ;)
It's on 39s damn
yessir! A lot are moving to 40s now
@@WingsWorldChannel wow
I appreciate the positive comments about the steering since I work at Howe,we definitely thrive to be the best in the industry and I can't wait to see the next video of this beast in the desert.
Thank you for helping make a badass product! I am excited to drive it!
I regret selling my ranger after watching your videos 😂. You got any recommendations for a 4wd lt kit for a 2008 Chevy Silverado?
You get what you pay for... nice work guys, now let see it EAT!!
What’s the wheelbase?
It is 135", stock is about 138".
How much whp she got since its all finished?
Right now it makes 268whp with an ls1 and a cam. Keep in mind that is pushing through a 5:43 gear and 39" tires. With a stock 351w we would have about 100whp if that.
Where is the bug !!!!
I still have it! Its actually been my DD since I sold my truck. I am looking to get a 1969-70 bug so I have a 1600cc and irs rear suspension to start with.
That’s super rad 🤙🏽 much love from Australia
Does Christian work at downsouth? Lol
I think he used to, but not anymore if I remember correctly from there videos
I doubt he does, Christian mostly specializes in Drop-bracket lifts and Spiked Lug Nuts.
Yes he does!
Wings World AYYY that’s hype. I’m aboutta have them rebuild my shocks lol
