You can email us for a picture...all of the hose routing is pictured in the instructions that come with the kit! We can usually work around any aftermarket parts in the system and make the hoses to match!
Bro, I am not trying to knock you down. But Your ps pump is damaged due to Cavitation not pump itself. You can install the best best ps pump in the world. You still gonna end up damaging the pump. If you want to max out your pump's life, the best thing to do is add a big ass cooler to reduce the chance of cavitation and a filter to catch metal chips came off the pump's gear.
Yeah I notice a lot of people just run a cooler. I will say I haven’t had any issues since installing the lee power system kit. It does have a larger reservoir, that probably helps keep the fluid cooler.
Cavitation is correct...but the reason for the cavitation is your stock reservoir....That is why we supply a reservoir that has baffles and T tubes that calm the fluid down before getting sucked back into the pump. This kit also comes with a filter.
Started installing the same kit on my truck today. I've replaced my pump once. The one that's currently in the truck is good but doing a bunch of upgrades right now so what the hell. I have a supercharger so I'm mounting my reservoir on the passenger side.
UA-cam is a godsend for learning how to do anything
And how NOT to do things!
That looked like a fun install lol but it does look much more beefy than the stock system. It's never a project unless you run into problems.
The All American Driver oh the countless stories I have. This ( insert modification / install here) should be easy! Famous last words
Im going to be doing mine soon, any chance we can see some pics of the line routing to the cooler and the pump?

Nice Work! Where did you mob around at the end of the video? I just bought a raptor in Washington and Im looking for wide trails
Thanks!! Congrats on your new raptor! This is at Tahuya . It’s an off-road trail system near Belfair. Lots of places to drive there.
What song/band is this? Nice install BTW
Good question! I do not remember. It's stock music from epidemic sound. And Thanks!!!
Hows the pump holding up?
Was solid. I sold the truck, but it was fine with the Lee pump.
What is the main reason for you to upgrade from the oem to this ? I use my raptor for offroad almost every weekend. Is this going to help !
The All American Driver thanks for your reply . Im really thinking mine.
I think thia is good....
