I love any workouts that burn my core and this was amazing! I only did 50% of it today because I had things to do. So I will repeat this workout again tomorrow or next time! :)
So I did it again today and I finished everything! I think I improved a lot from yesterday and I could handle the pain and burn more. I love that I was sweating it made me feel more refreshed! 😊

Hi Elena! I like Pilates for a couple reasons, the first it that it's movement based and not hold based. I enjoy moving and get a bit tired when I do not, so it's always been more interesting. The second is that the history and culture of Pilates, to me, is better. There are many great yoga teachers out there, and in general many to me seem to be doing it for reasons that don't make sense to me. For example, am not sure everyone or even most people can find spirituality in what is for many an exercise class. Understand the appeal of yoga to some, and think it's great for people who enjoy it, and for sure have always felt because it's not mixed with other things too it focuses more on results. And can also appeal to a broader amount of people. Hope I haven't offended you or anyone else. I do view a lot of these opinions as personal, and know lots of amazing yoga teachers. So am not saying yoga is bad by any means, it's just not for me and hope that it makes sense why.

Love your workout but you are going faster than your move. If you slowing down just a little so we can catch up with you. When you record your voice and your movement is not the same. So don’t recorded your voice. We like it when you actually taking at the same time.
Hi Annie! Thank you so much for the feedback girl and sorry if it's a bit frustrating at times with the voice over. Unfortunately, sometimes the light/sound mixture doesn't allow me shoot straight though I do prefer it so I have to do a voice over instead. My reasoning is that it's better than no workout on those days, so hope it's okay in that sense. Regardless, am working to minimize such days in the future and hope you can bare with me until we hit that point !!
