Ways to Preserve Cantaloupe : Melon Craze

frozen fruit popsicles might be the nicest way to preserve canteloupes and other melons
make a fruit sorbet or something and enjoy for alot longer than the season, im growing a ton this year
frozen fruit sorbet and maybe make some alcoholic melon liquor / schnapps for the adults to enjoy in the winter is my plan

Isn't canning it risky in terms of botulism?

You'd probably have to use a pressure canner.
