    Thank you very much for sharing… I like your “what I eat in a day” videos … they are very inspiring to me … I’m trying to eliminate just grains but I find it difficult… the lunch looks really tummy… an you please do what I eat in a week video please… thank you very much

      Thank YOU! I love grains/bread but don't buy it for my house. Maybe when I go out to eat - I'll have some. Quinoa is a decent replacement! Appreciate the suggestion on 'what I eat in a week' ✍🏽

    Yes I love the truvani protein, I always get the vanilla one from sprouts and omg it is PRICY for sure lol!
