      Sir mai morning me GYM jata hu kyu ki job ka timings thoda ood hai , to please morning me GYM jane se pahale aur uske bad meal kaise lu bcz hamare GYM me koi trainer nahin hai, bas apke video dekh kar use follow karta hu aur uska result bhi accha hai, bas Masal cutting to ho gaye bt grow nahi ho rahi hai to please please please sir aisa kuch dait plan bataiye jo subah GYM jane se pehle kaunse meal lu aur uske bad ki meal kaise follow karu.....🙏🙏🙏

    Dinner

    2.Soya-chunks -50gm
    3.cucumber-1

    Sir, main ek government employee hu meri duty 5pm me off hoti hai 5:20pm tak apne home me pahuchta hu. agar ham is time Pre Workout meal leta hu to 20-25 minutes lagenge us time 5:45pm ho jagega Pre Workout meal ke 2hours baad workout yaani ki 7:45pm par gym jayenge. gym aane jane me aur workout karne me minimum 1 hour and 15 minutes lag jayenge tab us time 9pm bajegaa post workout meal 10-15 minutes tab time 9:15pm fir iske 2 hours k baad yaani ki 11:15pm dinner hoga fir minimum 30 minutes neend aane me lagega tab 11:45pm hoga aur aap bolte hai ki jaldi sona chahiye

      8 whole egg is quite ok, but what about 100 grams of Soya chunk? This would increase the oestrogen level affecting the testosterone level at the same time.

    Sir.. Enough amount of soyabean can increase the production of estrogen hormones in men's body... 50-60 gm everyday is OK.. but 120 gm everyday cannot be good for men's body... if I'm wrong please clear this in by making a vdo..

    Here's my 2500 calorie diet
    2 glass milk 350 calories
    10 roti with ghee 1200 calories
    2 cup sabzi 150 calories
    100 gm peanuts 560 calories
    2 potato 220 calories.
    Isme carbs and fat hote hai but protein ke liye soya chunks alag se add kar leta hu❤️

Or is there any difference regarding the nutrition could you please tell us.. Because I'm a student residing in hostel so, even though I can purchase the eggs I don't have any tools to boil them... So could you please tell the benefits and drawbacks (if any) regarding consumption of raw eggs😊
