    Lunch: Chole, Kale chane, Rajma, Roti, Chaas
    Evening Snack: Seasonal fruit,Banana Shake, Banana in Curd, Whole wheat bread omelette,Banana peanut butter roti

    Due to a freak accident in June,2023 I had to be on Antibiotics for nearly a month, totally gave up dinner as that was causing acidity and painful bowel movements due to piles..Now I have recovered but people are talking about my sulken face and health. That has added stress in my life now .Had been an ardent fan and a follower since the last 7-8 yrs .
    Thought of taking your advice as I feel good and energetic watching you . Thanks Vivek again for pulling me up together 😊

    dosto m bhi aap sb ki tarah bahut hi skinny hi tha 21 age m only 48kg weight but mene ye diet plan poora 7 months follow kiya with exercise and believe me it works very well and now my weight is 57 kg i know it is less but slow fit progress is better than fast chubby progress all the best to all of you...

    Because most people who are here to gain weight would be vata type, it’s important you guys eat all dals, legumes and beans very carefully it’s difficult for vatas to digest it.

    then I started good diet....I knewed from utube.....also I started exercise....at beginning I lost hope....and one day I saw Bruce Lee's film....then I was really very mich inspired...💥nd again started had training now....at 2020 iam 16 yrs old...height 5.6/5.7....& weight 65 kg now iam very much ripped nd muscular with just 4.5% fat haha....😎😎🏋

    It worked for me.. gained 800g in one week..Earlier I used to eat a lot but wasn't gaining weight at all..i realized just eating won't help..eating food at right time n in right combination with exercise helps..also mass gainer banana shake(2 bananas-1 glass milk+3 soaked almonds+2 tbsp oats) and milk daliya(with 5 almonds+5 dates+1 banana) helped a lot..i didn't have whey protein.i used to have shake 2 hours before workout n 250g homemade paneer+its liquid after workout.Sress n a weak digestive system won't let u gain weight no matter what u do, so I worked on that too...
    No words are enough to thank u friend..

    Sir yesterday I saw your video 95% people eat the curd wrong way in that video you have told that don't eat banana with curd and here in this video you told at 03:26 you should eat banana with curd.     Wake up
    Warm water
    Body detox
    Breakfast - Daliya/parantha with dahi/wheat bread sandwich
    Mid day snack - sprouts/boiled chana chat/fruits
    Lunch- roti+ chawal (with ghee) + any curry like chole, rajma, Kali chana, Kali daal, kathal, paneer
    After lunch- buttermilk(Kali mirch , rock salt, jeera) / lassi
    20 min nap on left side
    Evening snack - roasted peanut or channa/fruit/banana in curd / chana chat/veg dalia
    Dinner [keep it light]- roti+ chawal (with ghee) + any curry like chole, rajma, Kali chana, Kali daal, kathal, paneer
    Warm milk- ghee/turmeric/mishri/Jaggery
    Oil massage at night
    Sleep 7-8hrs
