I do have to admit... having that rig for your washing...makes things easier. Plug and Play... but thanks for showing how it gets done. I appreciate the content bro.
I totally agree about not leaving your job until you have some time under your belt. I had no choice but it was brutal! Good video brother. Thanks for the transparency!

Hey bro, I'm 21, just started in Phoenix a couple months ago. I do go door to door with my friend for window washing using his DI tank. I'm skilled with flooring and I already work with a couple real estate agents. I'm just curious, which method gets the most leads? Did you ever go to businesses asking to give them a quote? Also, should I care about insurance at this point?
Do you tape out door plugs wuth water proof cases? I never did but washed a home and some how the bleach fried the wires and had to call the fire department just to be safe & I normally don't drench walls where water will flow down directly on top of them , I now add clear caulk over the top of them plus tape I'm literally scared to wash anywhere near them now
Hey Austin! Love your channel. I have a question. During one of your episodes you mentioned a company that gets you onto GMB and you said that the guy is very reliable? Wh at was his name and company's name?
Careful using duct tape covering fixtures. Painter's tape is definitely the move. You risk pulling off finishes and damaging such things. Ask me how I know.
Remember your selling HOUSE washing services, the windows are definately going to be cleaner AFTER your service regardless. Wetting the whole side of house including windows before working helps cool them off momentarily which lowers chance of quick flashing of minerals in the source water. Also bleach and surfactant when applied some what topically clean the surface all while allowing water to drain off quicker which assists you in achieving less spotty results. Now if you were offering a window washing upsell results you would want to finish the job using a water fed pole or trad (traditional) service using filtered source water.
Depends on what type surface you cleaning, how dirty it is, and how your applying it (i.e. Xjet-Down Stream Injector-Soft Wash Dedicated Pump-Pump Sprayer. Sounds like your trying to batch mix (bleach/soap) your cleaning solution in a single 13 gallon tank. You need to determine your desired final cleaning mix % based on the type of cleaning surface and how dirty it is then work in how your applying it to determine how much further it will be diluted as it passes to your tip which tells you what the original batch strength % needs to be.
Do homeowners get annoyed by pressure washers that use electricity plus their water? I am thinking about going electric. Also, can I haul a small trailer with my car with magnetic signs with the company name on it supplies instead of buying a van? Please answer. Dude your voice sounds like Ben Affleck.

Hey man, i started a new pressure washing business here in Mexico, but I’m having a lot of problems because here it isn’t known this type of service so Its difficult to obtain new clients, any tips??

So I’ve tried to down stream over and over again with no success so I always just hit everything with soft wash pump then come back with pressure washer to rinse off I’m running a 4gpm with 200 ft of hose, if you got any suggestions for the downstream I’d more than appreciate it
I’m sorry I met I can’t get any chemical to pull through the actual down stream injector, here’s a better explanation Would love some help. I have a 4gpm machine and I got a 2.1 downstream with a jrod & 200 ft hose If I hook up up gun with jrod directly to downstream I can pull chem If I hook gun to 100ft hose I can only pull a little chem (.5 gallon in 2.5 minutes) but with no jrod only with no tip in gun 200 ft I can’t pull any chem in any way Please help educate me
Sure you have the correct spec. size Jrod for your equip.? 2.1 injector is correct for your spec. of pressure washer equip. Is it an adjustable downstream injector? The $40 general pump model with black turn dial is adjustable 0%-20%. Try adjusting the knob. Also the standard units comed with a steel ball vs. ceramic ball which are not bleach friendly and if not taken care of will corrode internally fast which makes it stick shut. Make sure before you shutdown you are flushing out the injector port by running straight water into the inlet side suction hose. I personally dissasemble and add a spray of ballistol lubricant to inside of my injector port to keep the spring and ball operation healthy before shutting down for the day. Also always keep a backup fully assembled injector with quick disconnects on hand so you can be efficient on the job when things don't go a planned.
Go watch the Wizard of Wood videos. Bleach is fine for a quick home owner surface "clean" but your a pro who should make far more by stating you offer wood "restoration" services using specialized chems for wood. Its all back pack sprayer or even xjet appliable. Apply, wait, rinse off, EASY. You can achieve much better visual results using his 2 step process of percarbonate and oxalic acid to neutralize surface. Could have easily doubled your ticket outcome by applying a quick water based stain from a pump up sprayer too. Upsells are low hanging fruit.
@altillman1448 All these guys know about the 2 step method, but always say it's faster to use bleach so they don't have to do a whole lot of work and can move on to the next dollar.

Depends on what type surface you cleaning, how dirty it is, and how your applying it (i.e. Xjet-Down Stream Injector-Soft Wash Dedicated Pump-Pump Sprayer.
