11. Why we call to the inverted lateral FF-3-180? - FF-Course. Zouk Atoms

Hi everybody! During the week of the Zouk Atoms we discuss a lot about how to speak about the atoms that are using the third Contra Body Movement of the atom before. We like to add the information after the positions even if the third Contra Body Movement happens during the last atom.

Thank you so much for explaining this difference, I have actually been confused about this for a while. So in a way atoms that have a "3" as the middle number imply that some atom has happened already? Are there any movements you like to do that start on an X-3-X atom without being preceded by another atom?
