Awesome video, I’ve been watching you guys forever and you have helped me out tremendously. Very knowledgeable videos that really work, extremely surprised you guys haven’t completely blown up yet. If you guys could more offshore videos in the Florida keys would be great videos, thanks.
Hey Patrick, we appreciate the compliment and we are glad the videos are helpful! Maybe Any day now we'll take off ;) Any particular video or fish you'd like a video of from down in the Keys?
Good quality high sticky!! Got it, 50$ 5ft eagleclaw with g-stick! Well be out in palatka tomorrow evening so thank you sir! I heard they were running like the preacher's daughter on prom night!
How long should the hand line be? I would assume you’d need to add quite a bit to account for current and net drift throwing in 15’-20’ of water? Thanks for the videos.
That is our designated shrimp net from here on out lol. Over time it will start to come off but I don't think there is an easy way to take the tape off. We just have nets for shrimp and nets for bait.

Backcountry would be great videos
If you taped over the draw line just cut tape instead untaping it.
Me being thrifty (cheap) and all, I’m gonna give this a try. Thanks for the information.
No problem! It’ll work well!

In 15' to 20' you might have to add to your line depending on how long it came. I'd probably want 40 ft or so.
Have you every used the 1in tape to make it sink faster? I was wondering if it still works like the 2 in g tape.
I haven't tried 1" tape. I could see it being a compromise between flare and sink rate though.
@@ReelHazardous would u think 1 in tape would work better on smaller nets? Or just leave the tape off ?
If I’m throwing in about 4 to 6 foot of water do I actually need tape on my net?
No I don’t think tape would help much if you are in those depths.
So great vid on how to put the tape on, now share after shrimp season on how to take it off please. Please don’t just reverse the video. Hehe 🎣🐟

How many feet of duct tape to do a 10 ft net? On one side then then double it?
For a 10 ft it’s about 63 ft per side.
So how long did it actually take with 2 people?
I think we did an eight foot net in around 30 minutes.
What size mesh is the net?
I like 1/2 inch mesh the best

who came up with the idea of taping nets and why?
I’m not sure who but the why is that it keeps the net much more open. Maybe they got the idea from a parachute lol
It keeps the net open in deep water
So what does taping do? I didn’t watch the video to be honest lol.
It keeps the net much more open as it sinks to the bottom!
