      hello coach.. I suffer from abdominal separation after repeated childbirth.. The separation became only the size of two fingers.. I have weight in the abdomen area and lower legs and after cellulite.. I don't know where to start with your own exercises.. Can you train me online .. I promise that I will stick to healthy food and exercise .. I need your instructions very much .. I do not suffer from any other diseases Thank you in advance

    This is why I think the new Real Time Series is superb: you are slow and controlled doing the moves but most importantly you are slow and controlled when getting into position for the next move. There is no frantic pace trying to beat the clock. I love how it is short but extremely effective. I am thoroughly enjoying this new series. Although, I really love all of your short effective workouts and because there is so many I can pick and choose which one works for me. I really appreciate y’all’s channel, thank you!

    I'm currently on my time of the month, and I was tempted to sit at home and do nothing, but I found this workout, and it was perfect! Works wonders if you're not in the mood for anything super intense but still want to workout 💪 ❤

    Oh hell yeah.
    I'm ready to sweat.
    I went from 59kg to 51kg with your workouts in 3 months.
    I gained all my weights to 58kg again.... 😅 Hope to loose some weight again.

    I love these new twenty-something minute workouts. The added warm-up and cool-down stretching, plus the 30-seconds of rest between each phase really made this workout more complete. Beautiful new video format. I really appreciate your hard work, MrandMrsMuscle!

    I loved it!! I usually get bored with repetitions but it kept me entertained and I did every single workout and I loved it.. for a beginner like myself I found it to be short, sweet and got my sweat one💪🏼

    Completed! I have so much trouble with my wrists for plank jacks, I just switched to forearms planks. And I suck at the oblique twists but did my best. I love your workouts. Fast and effective and nothing totally crazy like some influencers. No shade implied since there are people who can do a Seneda Greca workout, but not me, lol.
