This is why I think the new Real Time Series is superb: you are slow and controlled doing the moves but most importantly you are slow and controlled when getting into position for the next move. There is no frantic pace trying to beat the clock. I love how it is short but extremely effective. I am thoroughly enjoying this new series. Although, I really love all of your short effective workouts and because there is so many I can pick and choose which one works for me. I really appreciate y’all’s channel, thank you!

Completed! I have so much trouble with my wrists for plank jacks, I just switched to forearms planks. And I suck at the oblique twists but did my best. I love your workouts. Fast and effective and nothing totally crazy like some influencers. No shade implied since there are people who can do a Seneda Greca workout, but not me, lol.
This was so so so so gooood!!! Love that it has a warm up and cool down and that the moves are simple (except that quad stretch at the end there 😖). I am dripping sweat! 👏🏽 👏🏽
