- Today we are making Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops. They have been cooking while we were working hard on the farm with the chickens and the cows. That's the great thing about using a Crock Pot. I hope you enjoy this easy Crock Pot recipe that taste delicious!!

I do this with cream of chicken soup, pork gravy mix, onion soup mix and chicken stock. Then I make a gravy with this sauce to pour over the chops and mashed potatoes. Love this! Hubby hates mushrooms, but I love them😊. Your hubby and his jokes😅.

I do the same thing with chicken thigh and breast with the mushroom soup and chicken soup and we put it over rice.
Headed to the store to grab some pork chops and I will be making them tomorrow. If the Lord is willing and the creek don't rise.

This is great with cube steak in the crockpot, too. I brown the cube steak before adding it to the crockpot.
That’s looks so amazingly delicious! I love crockpot liners, they’re my best friend lol. Clean up is so much easier with them.

I was going to say to serve it on rice (or egg noodles), but you added it. We love rice and it's easy to make in the Instant Pot or a rice cooker if you have one (I found a small Zojirushi at the Restore and it makes perfect rice every time). I'd say you'll be having a lot of CrockPot Mondays while your quilting class is going on!
I do this with chicken breasts or with round steak pieces. It makes the steak soooo tender.

✍Hello Leslie and Bryant... Leslie my daughter brought her crockpot that she was given as a present around 2001 with her when she moved in with me a couple of years after my husband passed. That was 17 years ago and we have yet to use that crockpot. Old habits are hard to break and new ones to start using. I've just always used my oven. Those cows just have a taste for something different ha ha ha Tell Bryant that with all you do you deserve a 🌭that hot dog. This is a regular meal for us. I use chicken too sometimes. Hint: stick a small hole using a bottle opener in the bottom of cream soups, the soup will just slide right out 😮

Could you use cream of celery or cream of chicken , I don’t eat mushrooms?I bet if you added Pepperridge Farm cornbread stuffing to that you would have dressing with your porkchops
I'm sure you can use whatever cream soup you prefer!

Im curious,- do you really cut hay in the spring to put up for winter? It could’ve, but we don’t cut hay in western nc till summer. Could be yal grow it faster on east coast. Wow! That would be amazing to be able to get hay this early. It is growing and coming right along!

When i first began watching, I asked why they picked up at night, etc.
She told me that doesn’t aways happen.
Seems most of what I’ve watched, it happens at night. So,, I’m also curious. I honestly thought they picked up at night due to low traffic was and the transport process. I was told different, they don’t always transfer at night, but never really had a straight answer, because they don’t always pick up at night.
Im guessing, even if trucks don’t pick up at night;
They have to give last feeding and watering and by night, lit it out of way (food n water) and prepare for final pick up. That’s just my guess.
