- Slow Cooker Pork Chops, Potatoes & Carrots
4-6 pork chops
6 potatoes, cut into chunks
1 package (12-16 oz) baby carrots
1/2 large onion (optional)
1 container Italian Salad dressing (16 oz)
1. Line slow cooker or crock pot with liner, or spray with pan spray
2. Place potato chunks in crock pot
3. Add carrots on top of potatoes
4. Add chopped onion on top of potatoes and carrots
5. Place pork chops on top of veggies
6. Pour Italian Dressing over all of it.
7. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours. Check potatoes & carrots to be sure they are done.
Look real tasty. I had not considered using Italian dressing with pork chops. Chicken, for sure. So, I am going to follow your recipe, except I’m gonna throw some cabbage on top of the pile, too. I love the cabbage. Thank you:

I've got this recipe in my crock pot right now. Will let you all know how it turns out. Kinda weird on the not browning the pork chops, then using Italian dressing. But we'll see.👍Let you all know this evening.
I told you that I'd let you know..,we hated this recipe. Never again, will I use Italian dressing on my pork chops.

Italian dressing.
Always season your pork chops and pan sear them to lightly brown in oil before adding the chops to the crock pot. Try this once and I promise you will never want to settle for a white pork chop on your plate again.

Small sauce ..thicken with flour abd light cream (slurry.).i added pinch if garlic powder pour over and serve yum.o

This looks terrible. Why didn't she brown the meat beforehand?? And adding a bottle of cheap sauce!! - just adding sugar and other rubbish that is not needed. And it looked overcooked too.
I'm going to use cream of chicken instead of mushroom yuk. And peel my potatoes.
The awesome recipe it looks delicious. Have you ever used another flavor of salad dressing? I have a sensitive stomick. I can't use that salad dressing. Stay well & safe.
I’ve used a package of pork gravy mix & a cup of water. I’ve also used a package of ranch dressing mix & a cup of water.
Stfu and use whatever dressing you want..
No bag. No Dressing. Pork Chops need bones. Potatoes Carrots, Mushrooms, onions. I like Fresh Green Beans.

Debbie, I have to ask you for a promise: never, ever, ever use that plastic "saver" again. Please? Plastic is polyvinyl chloride. It leaches into your food. Please spend the time to clean your crock pot. Please do not use those plastic liners again. Please?
If that’s how you feel then you do what makes you comfortable. I’m a nurse myself and I do not swallow all the hype about plastics!!!! I’m 68 years old and used plastic all my life. Thank you!
I agree with you, I would not want to use plastic to cook my food in either. We are the smart ones! 😃

@@deliciousbydebbie4435 I use the bags all the time. They are great. Cleaning the pot is a massive pain and when you have a busy life it is so much easier to use the bags.
That's your opinion I disagree I use it all the time and I'm an old lady and I've never had a problem
U should have peeled potatoes
You don't have to peel them, plus you get extra fibre.
Poor poor example.. to demonstrate a slow cooker meal WITH plastic. It destroys the whole Health of the meal,,,,,even though it tastes good.

If she's afraid of her pot sticking, just use a little baking spray and wah lah...,easy clean up!!
