Those pork chops look delicious! They look fried and yet they're baked. Thanks for sharing. I will definitely be doing this recipe. I might even copy the whole dinner.😋
Great idea when you rolled the Ziploc bag down a bit, now I just have to remember to do it! Lol! I'm definitely going try your recipe😊Thanks for sharing 😊
I made this about two weeks ago, my family absolutely loved it, and they are super picky! They didn't crisp up but a few minutes under the broiler just on one side made the perfectly crisp and omygosh were they tender and juicy!!! And some of them were center cut loin, which we all know can tend towards DRY. They were delicious!!!! Thanks for the recipe 🤗
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this comment 🙏 you really just made my day, and I'm so happy you enjoyed them truly! 💕 Many times you post a video and you don't know if anyone ever really tries them so thrilled to read this -thank you again!! 🙂💓🙏
I myself just started using it about a year ago when I happened to discover it at the grocery store and thought to try. It's not something I use regularly, Definitely need to experiment more with it
Lol the Paprika was which is why it was dark not bright red for sure! Lol. But the rest weren't. I thought the same thing when I was editing my own video!!! 🤣
I have a hard time getting slightly thicker, loin boneless chops to cook thoroughly and still be juicy inside and crisp out. Any tips? I dislike dry chops
I usually cook the boneless ones in the airfryer. For some reason they come out juicier in airfryer than the oven. I only cook bone in porkchops or whole pork Tenderloin in the oven. There's also a really good recipe for crockpot porchops I have posted if you have a slow cooker :)
You can, but I always feel like the bone in are juicier ,more tender but you can definitely use boneless . I always do boneless in the airfryer though because I feel like they come out juicier.
Very nice recipe , thank you. The only thing I prefer to do is bake pork chops a little longer than you said to, because undercooked pork can be dangerous.
Thank you so much. I'm happy you enjoyed the recipe :). You're absolutely right about the importance of ensuring pork is cooked thoroughly. In my experience, aiming for an internal temperature of 165F has always worked well, especially considering variations in oven performance and meat thickness.
Several times you mentioned cleaning your dishes. Here is a tip for a tip. I learned this tip about 4 decades ago, when I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Back then, I never dreamed of a dish washer. 😂 Now, my three sons are grown I am widowed and they often cook for me. I would rinse those glass dishes. I'd place paper towels wherever I saw some baked on grease. Cover all visible grime and set the small dish inside the small one. Cover your nose and splash a healthy coating of AMMONIA in the dishes. Be sure that the paper is saturated with the liquid, then quickly slide the dishes (Feel free to add as many dishes as you want) into a trash or plastic shopping bag (Check for holes). And close the bag tightly. I always kept the bag closed for at least over night. Be careful upon opening. Use the wet paper towels to wipe off the grease. The dishes in your video might have seams that often harbor grease. After wiping what will come off. Than take a toothpick and drag it through the seams to remove the gunk that remains. Now, I haven't done this the same way for all these years. You can modify to suit your need. This AMMONIA soak works on cookie sheets and other stainless steel pans. And you can leave the dishes until you have a full load. Good Luck🎉
It took me 50 years to finally learn to cook pork to 145 degrees. I have read many places that it is safe.Thank-you for this wonderful recipe and sharing the measurements of the spices. So often other sites dump on with no amounts. I can't wait to make these chops! ❤@@SimplyEverydayJ
Hello, So I have been asked this question alot, and the honest truth is I did not, I never have. I have always just patted them dry with a paper towel. Many people expressed shock at this, but the reason is because growing up there was a time a family member had a restuarant and the Health Department would come inspect the kitchen and they always advised against washing any types of meats and poultry due to risk of cross contamination and ever since I was a kid I grew up where you did not wash meat and poultry. I am seeing now since I started my youtube channel that a good percentage of the population beleive the contrary and beleive it is necessary to do so. Some have even commented if I had ever worked it a butcher shop or grocery meat department I would never eat meat again without washing it! So this has definately been eye opening for me and something that has made me think twice for sure.
Great tutorial on baking pork chops but I must say that I hope she washed those damn chops frfr. She seems to be good & clean so I'm thinking she washed them but chose to edit that part out which is mind boggling bcuz that is the absolute most important part of cooking any of your meats, especially pork.
I've been trying to use a bit less one time use items , I still use some disposable items like ziploc bags and things like that. And I still use some aluminum foil. But I've been trying to cut back on using aluminum foil or disposable trays, plastic cutlery, plastic cups, and things like that just cutting back a little

Hope you washed them before the pat down but like the vid
Thank you
I was thinking the same thing
They wouldn't really be wet if she hadnt!
If you did them in the crockpot, how long would you cook them..high or low?
I would season the same put some onions and about a cup of chicken broth at bottom then cook High for 1 hr 45 min inside should be 145F
Thank you! Going to try!@@SimplyEverydayJ
I always wash my meat off. Not sure if you did or not. But the food looks great
Thank you , starting to!
Never heard of ranch spice?
Me either, I think her spices looked a little old
I myself just started using it about a year ago when I happened to discover it at the grocery store and thought to try. It's not something I use regularly, Definitely need to experiment more with it

Mine were thicker, I cooked them just a little longer, then broiled just to crisp a little
Did you cover your pork chops when put in the 400° oven
Hello, no, baked uncovered :)
No mention of the oven setting?
Time stamp 17:45 has the temp, time
What inner temperature should they be when they are completely safely cooked.
145F
container
Corningware
Try cominos
Never heard of this, will check it out!
Temp and time?
400F, internal temp reaches 145F
Mine took 18 minutes to reach that temp
Can I use boneless pork chops?
You can, but I always feel like the bone in are juicier ,more tender but you can definitely use boneless . I always do boneless in the airfryer though because I feel like they come out juicier.

Looks Delicious
Thank you!!
What Fahrenheit did you set your oven on?
400F
Covered in the oven or uncovered?
Uncovered
Just save the bone and fat for moi❤
Moi? Never heard of this , Google says bean pudding, is this correct?
You can put the chops in a ziplock bag and sprinkle the dry ingredients in and massage it in the chops.
👍
wearing disposable gloves might save washing your hands but nothing better than soap and water
The only thing I like is the pork chops they look delicious that is the same seasoning I use
Nice , what do you normally eat them with. Always good to get different ideas to not eat same things all the time ;)
I'm glad you're wiping all the yuck off of them😊
:)

Now that's a tip I have not heard before. I definitely will need to give that a try!! Thank you 😊 🙏
I bet they are raw 18 minutes that KrAzY
If internal temp is 145F they are not raw

Who are you? No intro?
I'm a mom who likes to cook, live a simple life and find joy in the ordinary things :)
Great tutorial on baking pork chops but I must say that I hope she washed those damn chops frfr. 👍 :)
Wash that blood off that meat with water pat them dry
That definitely seems to be the popular opinion, so many of the comments I received were about washing them first
Buy some throw away foil baking pans
I've been trying to use a bit less one time use items , I still use some disposable items like ziploc bags and things like that. And I still use some aluminum foil. But I've been trying to cut back on using aluminum foil or disposable trays, plastic cutlery, plastic cups, and things like that just cutting back a little
