    Recipe:
    1 onion, diced
    pork chops
    chicken broth
cream of mushroom soup (if you want)
Start by dicing up your onion. Set it to the side. Wash and pat dry your pork chops. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Put some flour in a bowl and add a your seasonings. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Tony's. You can use whatever your family likes. Flour your pork chops, be sure to shake off the excess. In a skillet, heat some oil. Just enough to brown these pork chops and enough to make your roux. Brown the pork chops on both sides (about 1 min each side). Sit them to the side. Mix up a can of cream of mushroom soup and about 3/4 cup of broth for later. Add your onions to the leftover oil in the skillet and cook till their tender. Add some of the seasoned flour and make a roux. Add a little chicken broth and then add your soup/broth mixture if you're using it. Keep adding your broth and stirring until it's the consistency you want. Once your gravy is done, add your chops to the crockpot and pour the gravy over. Put the lid on and cook them for about 3 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Looks delicious. Easy Peasy. One thing I would add is mushrooms. Canned or fresh.

ZEP oven cleaner works real well to keep stoves and ovens clean without the crazy scrubbing 🙂

Try using a Magic Eraser on your stove it works good on my stove and it doesnt have anything that can cause scratches most of the time i dont even need a cleaner with it but i do use what ever degreeser i have on hand usually its whats on sale i clean the with the degreaser first then use the Magic Eraser if it still looks like it needs some cleaning add more degreaser or whatever cleaner you like with the Magic Eraser. I find sometimes the Magic Eraser works best without cleaners but sometime I do need cleaner with the magic eraser so try both way to see which works best on your stove. I think it depends on how dirty what type of stove and whats gotten on the stove to which way works best. If that all fails spraying the top with low oder over cleaner works great. Pre clean with a degreaser then dry when dry spray with over cleaner let sit for 15 minutes then wipe clean works great PS with over cleaner make sure you wear gloves the chemicals can burn your skin if it sit on you skin to long it also can cause drying cracking of the skin. Plus its hard chemicals you dont want that stuff soaking into your skin also wear a mask its can be hard on your lungs even low oder I use a mask. For these reasons is why I use the Magic Eraser first it usually works very well so no need to work in harsh chemicals... hope this help...
Food looks yummy, Im cooking this for dinner tonight...
