Please note that I made a mistake in describing the airflow capacity/volume. It should be 380 cubic feet per minute, not per meter as I say in the video. Sorry about that!

Hi Ethan! Thank you so much for taking the time to film this review. Because of it, we bought the Breez in the US and brought it back in our suitcase to the UK. Do you know which converter/adapter we should get to safely use it in the UK? I couldn't quite make out your setup from the video :)

Hi! You're welcome. I'm happy to hear the review was useful. That is dedication to getting it to the UK as I imagine it took half the space in the suitcase!
I just used a standard multi adaptor cube. However, I woudn't recommend it long term as the weight made it tip in the socket over time. So I'd perhaps consider a strong and single adaptor just for US to UK plugs.

@@nosleeplessnights1 So helpful! Thanks so much! (Re suitcase: where there's a will, there's a way - side note: who needs clothes anyway)

No problem. Umm...I imagine most people when going through airport security at least! But yes, I always like to leave space in my suitcase when travelling the bring stuff back:-)

Hi, does the fan come apart for cleaning purposes, or is it not able to be disassembled? Thanks

I haven't tried it, though I can see it has 4 screws on the back, presumably to open it up.
The SNOOZ website has this instruction for cleaning it, which doesn't include opening it. They leave an email address to ask about deeper cleaning, so maybe that involves opening it up:
To clean Breez, please follow the steps below:
      1. Unplug Breez before cleaning.
      2. Gently wipe down the surfaces with a damp, soft cloth and then wipe down again with a clean, dry
cloth. If needed, use the hose attachment from your household vacuum to remove any accumulated
dust from the front grille or rear air inlets. Hover the hose attachment slightly above the plastic
surfaces on Breez to prevent scratching. Ensure all surfaces are completely dry before plugging the
unit back in and turning it on.
If you need deeper cleaning assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at cs@getsnooz.com.

Just listening to this review was very soothing. It’s winter now but my NYC apartment gets very hot in the winter. Will definitely add this in conjunction to my white noise machine to combat my upstairs neighbor from hell.

Thanks, that's always nice to know😊Sorry to hear you have a difficult neighbor. If you do get the Breez in the future, you might not need your existing white noise machine any more, unless it has other sounds you enjoy listening to.

My main complaint with fans is that they're often too bassy or have some other distracting whirring noise while operating. Does the Breez have a fairly neutral sound profile when the fan is running?

You definitely don't hear the electric/mechanical whirring sound that is common with standard fans from what I can tell. On faster speed settings, it is quite bassy though.
I tried to record the sound as faithfully as possible, and when I listen to the video back with headphones on, it seems very close to what it sounds like when I actually play it in real life.

Is it too large to be portable? I travel a bit for work and really need something for the hotels.

If you're driving and have plenty of space in the car, then you could bring it with you I guess. But if you're on public transport, it's way too big.

This seems way too expensive for what it is. I opt for an air purifier in the winter, which also has a soothing fan sound with various speed/loudness settings and smart controls, but also has the nice bonus of removing allergens at the same time!

    • @nosleeplessnights1

I agree it's quite expensive. But...it does work really well, so if you're not on a tight budget, I think it's a device worth considering.
Having said, I also agree that an air purifier can be a good way to create a soothing sound and have a double function too.

After having it for a week now I'd say it's very worth it if you live in a noisy neighborhood. It does everything is designed to very well plus it looks really good. This definitely gets louder than any air purifier I've ever used.

It's nice to hear back from you, and I'm glad you like the Breez. The volume point is very true. No purifier I've ever seen is as loud as the Breez.

@@nosleeplessnights1 is the breez louder than the snooz? I need what ever device has the maximum decibel output lol. Thanks in advance!
