    Shin splints are one of the most common overuse injuries of the lower extremity, and even more prevalent in athletes. It can be a troublesome and recalcitrant condition to deal with. Fortunately utilizing a combination of load management (relative rest), exercises and reducing any potential training errors this condition can be treated conservatively with a high level of success.

    Thank you very much . I suffer from numbness and tingling. Do these exercises and I will be fine

      You are welcome! These will help if it is a shin splint. If you are experiencing numbness/tingling you want to make sure it is not something more serious. We recommend getting it assessed by medical professional.

      @@PerformanceSportSpine Unfortunately, there is no real medical specialist in Libya. Only three consultants. 1 He said knee friction 2 He said vitamin D deficiency 3 He said muscle inflammation
