Oh....well that explains why my 'shin splints' keep coming back so quickly even after I rest for a couple of weeks...
Yeah me too I got to make it go away, I got mine from jumping.
You had to rest a couple weeks? I'm afraid to go to the doctors because I fear they will say to rest 3+ days

Greetings from a Brazilian physio
Bro you guys are great! I was literally following along while you guys were going down the leg and right when you said it hurts that was the place it hurt on my leg, I'm so amazed. :)
i have had the problem for over a year, since 2 months i have been working with new exercises and it is slowly getting better.
the key element seems to be the hard fascia roll, with which I work intensively on the muscles on the shin bone, on the pain scale from 1 to 10 never exceed 8. In addition, the entire musculoskeletal system should be optimized up to the hip. Typical problem areas: Weak (too long) muscles: buttocks, back of the thighs, abdomen. Muscles that are too short: Quadriceps, hip flexors, back extensors and, above all, the calf muscles, stretching with your knees extended and bent.
The workout could look something like this: fascia roll per shin 5 minutes, the pain gets better with time, not too intense at the beginning. Intensely stretch the calves, 2 minutes on each side, each bent and stretched. Pelvic lifter exercise (Bridge), stretch hip flexor, stretch quadriceps, single leg deadlifts (for stronger butt).
In addition, if you are predisposed to a hollow back, it also makes sense to include situps in the training and to stretch the back extensor.
I wish you success!
I sprained my ankle VERY badly over 2 years ago. I went to a lot of physio, it healed eventually, but I couldn't put weight on it for close to 2 months. It gets stiff every so often, but other than that I haven't had problems, and even started training for a half marathon (ran up to 16km with zero problems). I took a few months off of running (race got cancelled) but started back up 2 days ago. I did a slow 5k and my ankle felt fine throughout, as it always does, and fine during the rest of the day as well. However, yesterday I started experiencing some pain, then began limping because of it. I thought I would rest it and ice it as much as possible and see what happens. Today the pain is the same or worse. The pain is located in my ankle in the same place I felt pain when I sprained it, as well as a new sharp pain in the bottom of my foot when I walk. I have put my old brace on and have scheduled physio for tonight. I have been looking for answers online, and I keep seeing articles about stress fractures. I am worried that I ran too far too fast with an ankle that hadn't seen exercise in 1-2 months. Is a stress fracture a possibility? Or is it more likely that my old injury is just acting up?
Thanks for taking such good care of us all !!!!

What's with the bullshit replies here? Yes, I broke the pattern so get lost if that's what you were hoping for.
I was a 16:10 5k runner junior year, and got a grade 3 stress reaction in my right tibia in February. I took the recommended time off TWICE, and still felt it coming back. I later realized that this pain was probably natural from coming back, and my right tibia is finally healthy in June. I’ve been super motivated to come back stronger, and the PT’s have helped me change my form to increase my cadence, thereby putting less pressure on my shin. However, I think I may have just developed a stress reaction in the left leg in July, as it’s in a specific , localized spot and hurts to jump on. However , it hurts more in the morning. Trying to come back really strong for Xc, but it’s been a really rough process since February
What do you mean it was natural from coming back? Did you carry on running even with the pain after waiting? I have given mine so much rest but it comes back the first run I take when back
@@georgemc6441 I ended up quitting running from this injury. The pain consistently came back after 2-3 weeks of running. I tried to carry on running through it until it became unbearable a year ago, and that’s when I realized this wasn’t worth it. I’ve still never figured out what the injury was.
@@chiefhardy6312 did you ever see a doctor about it?
@@georgemc6441 yeah they were all clueless. Saw 3 different doctors who specialize in lower leg injuries. All were clueless and just wanted me to get MRI's and other procedures done. I’m stressing beyond belief about my stress fracture, this is the worst especially because I can’t play basketball for so long.
I’m going to have a panic attack.

IanTheEarlobe I am 5 weeks into recovering and I will say, rest up. I feel a lot better but I am going to resist for another week until I get back into it, going to start on grass, play some soccer and then jump into harder surfaces after a couple of weeks after that.

@@YoursDadsMomDaddy . Since I got what appears to be a stress fracture in my left tibia I've tried to rest as much as possible with some test runs here and there. Now, after about six weeks, it feels much better, but the tenderness is still there and actually got worse after my last run. I'm not willing to risk worsening the injury and delaying recovery further. I want this to heal as soon as possible so I can go back to running regularly without worries. I'm going to wait at least 2-4 more weeks before I do any kind of heavy exercise that requires my legs. It sucks but it has to be done.

@@shubceee is it better now? I'm in same position, starts hurting whenever I run so haven't been running for a week now and still hurts a bit :(
XIAO its been 4 weeks now till i gave up running a joging, you have to rest at least 3 weeks for them to completely heal, mines hurts a bit when i run, but you also have to do massages to your shins every day for 5 mins and put ice after, just rest and try to be active in a different way, I’ve started calisthenic to lose some weight.
Same sis
You and i both.
I recently was an All-American in XC (top 40 in nation) and had shin splints and stress fractures in my tibia all throughout my running days. Used to run 100 miles a week. My advice: Run through it if you are close to your big goals. Yes, aqua jogging really helps. You can mimic high intensity running in a pool its often harder. When you run in a pool, don't use any equipment. Run as you would outside, it's incredibly difficult, but after 5 mins youll get used to it. You will also feel you are not losing training, you're gaining training. You can also try what I call "BreathDives". Start at 1 end of the pool, hold your breath for as long as you can, kick off the wall and remain underwater trying to swim to the other side of the pool. Basically swimming like an otter or a frog like you did as a kid. Might need to flip over if the pool is smaller. Your goal should be to get the other side of the pool. Over time your lungs will get stronger and you can get farther and farther. Don't be discouraged if you can only get so far. Keep practicing when you get in the pool. Try to do 5 to 8, or 10+ of these BreathDives after or before you start aqua jogging. Take a minute or two of rest in between reps. This helps your body find new ways for oxygen to be delivered to your muscles in a more efficient manner. It's very similar to long runs. If you don't have access to a pool, use an elliptical and switch it up with an exercise bike. If not those, then get on a regular outdoor bike. If not that, try searching for 0 impact cardio workouts indoors. Additionally, get in the gym to build leg strength. Another exercise that will help you is heavy bag hitting. Find a gym with a heavy bag (or make/buy one at home) and get a pair of gloves. Box as you see UFC fighters do. Hit with hands, elbows, and kicks constantly with little pauses. I guarantee you, you will be tired within 15 mins. You'll need to work in intervals, 5 mins, 1 min off. x 3 or x 4. It's probably the most underrated activity for runners. You will develop well rounded cardio that will help you in running. The most important benefit of heavy bag workouts is that you will increase testosterone, release endorphins, and you will literally LOVE going to the gym. It's extremely addicting after you start to get good within the first 2-3 times of going. I would do this every other day. Oh and to recover from shin splints, just do calf raises, and toe raises, that will fix most issues. Also, increasing your volume (after you are healed and build up to it) will help reduce injury. The more miles you run, the more you are tired eh, but you will be using great running mechanics because you need efficiency. You'll naturally push your hips forward and correct your running form which likely caused shin splints.
Do you still run now? How long did it take for yours to heal? I've stopped running for about 2 months now and totally bummed about it! Is it OK to continue at least walking with this or best to allow full rest and do alternative stuff like biking? Oh, and thanks for good advice. Best comment here that helped answer my question so far!!! Definitely gave me some hope not to give up!
@@zp8127 yes once it get healed start with waking 5 to 6 days then very very slow jogging foe 1 to 2 weeks also don't forget those calf raises exercises with vitamins and protein diet and then slowly begin pace, if it hurts stop it take rest again
Thx so much, this really helps
Thank you so much
Your comment coupled with this video has helped with understanding shin splints. I've been an avid cyclist my whole life and just barely started running in August its now October. I really like running now tbh. I'm about 197 lbs and found it very hard to get used to running. But I'm not going fast, far or with long periods of running. I don't have any pains but I do feel tightness when I run and also in the morning, so I began stretching the appropriate muscles. It helped but now I started to develop those shin splints which are kind of confusing because they don't hurt while running but they are slightly painful to the touch. So I will definitely be doing some aqua activities like you mentioned. I'm going to need to get used to water since I'm hoping to join the Navy soon.😅 🎉
Thanks for this, I have been having trouble with left lower leg and I thought I was due to a diet I was on but when I did the touch up my inner lower leg I was able to pin point a sharp pain 😬 wasn't good news but il take the advice 👌 thanks for sharing
Thank you! Pretty sure I have a stress fracture and also really hurts when I jump rope & is definitely localized pain. This video was resllly helpful
Hey how long did it take to cure? Are you running again now?
I thought I had PTT but then I realized pain was higher up, and I think I've been running on a very small stress fracture in my tibia since August. I have one more big race but after I'm going to get this checked. It's not super painful though and very bearable to run through. But I know something's there and I have symptoms you mentioned in video.
Thank you both so much!
Thank you! Finally. Positive my leg pain (several months duration) is “stress fracture” now and not the shin splints I had guessed; appt with an ortho made for soonest available next week. Meanwhile, is there a way to walk that will aggravate it least. Is ice-ing still helpful?
These guys are spot on. Very accurate.
Damn, i just love the intro.
Welp I have really localized pain and it only hurts when I touch it, not when I move it. I really don't want to lose my Jr. track season.
Thank you this was very helpful !!!!
Where the X is marked, that is called *anterior shin splints* (toward the outside of the leg)
and usually result from an imbalance between the calf muscles and the muscles in the front of your leg, and often afflict beginners who either have not yet adjusted to the stresses of running or are not stretching enough.
Stefan how do you fix that
@@P8perpete i have had the problem for over a year, since 2 months i have been working with new exercises and it is slowly getting better.

How long does it take to heal? The X is exactly where I hurt when in certain positions, and I just started running for 2 days, and quit it's been over a week maybe 2 and the pain is annoying, not crippling. But I just wish it would heal already, I almost am going to see my doctor
@@TAC0FACE Good news is, that it just appeared lately and it is not a chronic issue. You should take a long rest from running, let's say 8 weeks. In this time, you shouldn't do nothing, but do a lot of stretching for your calf muscles. After 4 weeks you can begin to do walks, good is barefoot on stoney ground, to activate all the small muscles in your foot area.
When you feel good with all that and 8 weeks are gone, you should start your running really slowly , and with slowly I mean, start with 3-5 minutes and wait two days, to see, if the pain comes back again. Then you must very slightly increase your training, 3-5 minutes every second day, and you increase the running duration for 20% every week., till you reach 20 minutes and then only 10% each week. Keep running slowly. You will loose much more training progress, if your injury intensifies, than doing slowly at the beginning. You could also start cycling and concentrate more on that in the meantime.
@@stefan4207 thank you. Are you a doctor? I walk a little at work and am always on my feet. Standing does not hurt at all, what hurts is when i try to touch my toes on my right foot. I can touch my left foot toes without pain if my right leg is bent inward, but when i switch sides, I can not even begin to go towards my right foot toes without intense pain, on the side of my calf muscle. I'm hoping its a shin splint, but could it maybe be a blood clot? or nerve pinched? or ??? i'm fixing to go to the doctor, I am 37 years old and haven't had a long lasting pain like this before. I exercise often, but only strength exercises, not jogging. I did jog 2 days in a row, and then hurt my leg and stopped... it bothering me most when i sit in a chair to eat, driving the car (operating the pedals) or relax after work. I'd give it a 4-5 pain scale up to 7-8 when i try to touch my toes... Sucks not being able to relax and sit down without pain if i don't keep my leg bent :(

I need info on what to do for pain on the X
I had both hips replaced and started having A.T. pain in both shins. I followed your exercises, after one day, the pain subsided. Thank you.
Thanks for the information, quick question i believe i am suffering from either shin splits or a stress fracture while in my recovery phase when i cant run, would exercises such as skipping or cycling make it worse or would they be fine because they focus more on the back calf muscles?
Thank u for this. Had no idea why it was so tender it's do to shin splints
Hi there! I changed my cardio routine recently and I'm doing now a few jumping jacks and a bit of running and recently I've started feeling this pain on my shins, the inside lower part and it's worse near my ankle. When I press my shins, like you show on the video I feel no pain. Although when I walk on my heel bone or if If bend my foot upwards I feel the pain right away, especially after the workout. When I rest and If I take any anti-inflammatory it gets better. What does this look like? Thank you
i have this after rope jumping, 2 days ago i jumped streight 25minutes, yesterday i jumped 10 minutes streight, and today i jumped 7 minutes, i had to stop, because i feel pain on full lenght on my medial side of tibia. Thanks for video :)
Best description in my opinion based on experience... A toothache in my shin...
Could muscle atrophy cause the tearing away as well?
Thank you so much for this incredibly valueable information! I definintly have stress fractor /:
hey guys thanks for the video.. I feel pain more on the outside of my right leg.. more like where you guys marked the "X" .. is there a video of you guys explaining this type of pain? is more of a muscular stress than the bone?? Thanks for the help
Wow....I always thought I had shin splints but now I realize that its stress fractures
Many thanks for the great info.....
Does either shin spint or stress fracture sometimes come with what appears like a bruise (but is not as tender - just color and swelling)?
The localised pain for me seems to be around 1.5/2 inches above the ankle and along the tibia, so it is most likely a stress fracture.
I am planning to visit the local hospital soon for an x-ray but came across some information that it may not show up on the x-ray. Could you possibly advise me on the steps to take and/or people to see to ensure I am properly diagnosed and treated?
This injury was also sustained through running, any advice would be greatly appreciated and you have gained another grateful subscriber. The format of this video and you're explanation of information was brilliant! 😁
how are you now
Niiiice.... Very informative. I feel more comfortable that my situation is likely just a shin splint as my pain is not localized and it is on the outside of the shin. Not only that... I wore some running shoes that have un-even treadwear hoping that my new insole would even the shoe out, but I under-pronate so i think that is what caused it. I went for a run yesterday and it felt better as I was running. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thanks. Everything is fine. I went for a run Sunday night and Monday with my new shoes, socks, and insole. Everything is fine.
By the way, I am having a hard time finding the right running shoe. Do you have a specific running shoe that you recommend to your clients who are under pronators with wide feet?
So far, I have tried a bunch of shoes from the Asics Nimbus 15, 17, and 18s to the Altra Paradigm 2.0 to the Brooks Dyad 8 and now I am trying the Hoka Bondi 4s. I believe that I finally have the right combination of size, width, etc. with the Hokas, but I am not 100% in love with them. I loved the Asics Nimbus 15, but of course they do not make those any more. I am next trying the New Balance 840s maybe in February or March.
By the way, it is just a curiosity question. If the answer is, underpronators try a neutral running shoe with a lot of cushion, that's fine. I will just keep trying.
If your answer is you can't answer from fear of liability, that's fine as well.
Any feedback you can share would be great, as these shoes are expensive and I am not having much luck at all. I am hoping that it is simply lose some weight and this problem goes away, but of course, I need the descent running shoe for that to happen. lol...
In either case, thanks for your other response.
Have a nice day.
I am concerned about my left shin right now, it is sore right in the middle of the leg and kinda makes a stabbing sensation whenever I walk on it. I would rather this be shin splints than an outright fracture but I am praying it heals just by light exercise and rest.
This video helped a lot
i ran on a stress fracture for about a week, because like you said runners can be a bit obsessive 😅, it got worse and i eventually had to take a break which was much longer than it could have been
Ellie so all the time you was just sitting home no exercise?
how are you now?
Great, and I'm about to head to boot camp in 2 1/2 months. Literally got a stress fracture from just an ist. It won't cure anytime soon and I will have to pull through during boot camp.
Quick google search says a stress fracture should heal in 1-6 weeks, just take it easy on your leg and apply RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) and you should be fine before your boot camp.
Did you make it?

I've been having this pain on my shin for over a week ive gone to the doctors already and he told me to take it easy and not run as much. I have been running a lot less but it seems to only be getting worse. Even though I'm not running nearly as much as I do

You guys are cool. I like your videos.
i recently was playing volleyball and landed on my leg the wrong way. i didn't notice until a few minutes after it. my friends mom checked it out and it only hurt in one spot where she pushed down on. i also have pain when i walk and sit. i'm going to see a doctor very shortly and i hope it's nothing too bad because i don't want to stop playing!! this happened 5 days ago and i feel like it got worse.
Hi! (: I'm a runner and I have been recently intensifying my training in preparation for track season, but on Saturday after a short run I felt some pain in my calves and right shin. It doesn't hurt to walk on OR run on though and only produces pain when I press on it, and it's not too localized as there are 2 spots where it hurts the most to the touch. I can't tell what this is?
although 3 years later I'm in the same situation, was hoping they responded to you
0:37 I like how Bonaparte confidently plunks down his leg in the chair.
I definitely have a stress fracture. Doctor keeps telling me it's my muscles but it's not. It's a localized sharp pain in the exact spot described in the video.
Some stress fractures are mild enough they don’t show on an X-ray
About 4 months too late but I was wrestling and got kneed. The pain never quit till a few weeks ago but there is still a small protrusion where a much larger one was.
I'm only 24 and I'm having shin pain on inner and outer but I'm not a runner I just stand all day at work
Since was 15
What are some things that could cause chronic stress fractures in the shin? Ones that keep coming back I mean. I’ve literally gone months even years without running but as soon as I start again I’m sidelined within a couple of weeks. Doesn’t matter how much time I take off or how much I ease back into it.
Hi, I recently started walking/jogging. Probably have been doing it for a week now, and have developed a pain/burning sensation in the middle of my ankle. Was wondering what this might be, and what I should do to fix it.
I have it where the x is. It has gone on for months. At first it was pure agony. Now I cannot walk far. It was like becoming an old guy over night. I will try your roller cure. Thanks for helping.
Very helpful. Thank you.
Thank you so much sir I am really scard that I am not having a cancer
Not sure if I have stress fracture or shin splints . But it hurts on both legs ... on the posterior shins .. where the red line is at but the pain is below the middle of the red line ... not sure if it’s cause I’m overweight trying to lose weight so I been running a mile and half and some CrossFit workouts .... or maybe it’s some worn out shoes I’m wearing that’s causing it .... I’m literally in pain after my workouts then I start to limp cause of the pain .. but when I rest it starts going away.. it’s on both legs
Juan Puga prob shin splints? For me they hurt worse when I stop exercising. But idk man go to the doctor lol
Juan Puga It's not because you're overweight. I'm 170 lbs and after 30 mins of jogging it starts hurting a lot
JUKESTUBE this is exactly what I have. Basically cripples me. How did you treat yours?? Nothing I’ve tried has worked.
Hi
I recently joined the gym 1.5 months ago. For the first month, I did not run on the treadmill except around 1-2 minutes a day. The rest of the time I would just walk. Apart from that, though, I did have exercises like 200 jumping jacks, jump rope, aerobic step ups each.
After a month, I gradually increased running to 1.5 minutes alternated with 1.5 minutes walking for 15 minutes and continued the other exercises as well.
Since then, I have been having a dull exercise-induced pain in the shin. It does not happen during workout but as soon as I pause, it begins. Sometimes it happens even from brisk walking.
I have no idea about all this since I am new to this area. What do you suggest?
Would a stress fracture effect the flexión or extensión of the knee?
what's the treatment for stress fracture?? from your description that's what I have but I don't see a video from you for treatment. Thanks!
Injured my shin yesterday during a football scrimmage. I was kicked in the shin. It hurts even worse now. I can't walk in it or put pressure on it or it will start to give a burning sensation and the pain is extremely bad

You are probably using muscles you haven't used for a while (without knowledge) since you just started running! Make sure you are using good form and stretching can certainly help before and/or after running. Keep up the great work!
Hello ! I have a slight discomfort on my outer shin of my left leg when I run. I would rate the pain 1.5/10 and it IRS away after 10mins after I stop running. After that I can do 50-100 skips with no pain. What do you think it is ? Stress fracture or shin splint ? Also I can stand on my left leg for long duration without any pain .
Great video what was the other type of shin splint? I frequently experience tenderness/moderate discomfort on the outside, rather than the inside, of my shin.
Do both hurt about the same? Do pain last the same for both?
Can you have splits that last longer in one leg than the other? Maybe one leg is stronger? I'm not sure. Thanks!
Hey pysicaltherapy :)I play basketball and i got exatctly what you discribe as a stress fracrure. I've tried to rest for a couple of months but pain just comes back after 1 practice.Does it need more time to heal or what can i do to prevent this from happening ?Its really been bothering me for years.I have slightly given up on fixing this problem. Can you get this as a cronical injury or is it possible to fix in all cases ?
Love that into song, 😂
I’m an advanced dancer in a form of dance that is constant jumping on one leg and shin splints are so common my dance teachers keep shin splint exercises in the dance room 😂 mine went away when I started to dance a lot more without taking long breaks that I’m not trying or practicing and then suddenly before a big event I start pushing so my legs are like OWWWW but now it’s okay since I practice every day on breaks and go to dance at least 5 times a week as well as practicing on weekends
Now I’m just trying to figure out if I have tendonitis in my foot or a stress fracture
It’s hurts near the middle of my foot I think the metatarsals or extensor tendons and near the instep of my arch
I have a very high arch and extremely flexible feet so I have a great point in dance but I tend to pronate even though usually only flat footed people do that so maybe that’s why? It’s swollen on the inside so over the past few days I’ve been icing it lots and taking ibuprofen and using anti-inflammatory gel and taping it.
I took dancing off today and I’m gonna stop hopping on it for the next few days.
It sorta hurts all the time and especially when moving my toes. The metatarsal part doesn’t really hurt unless I’m dancing but the instep part hurts all the time even when just sitting. 😬 Regionals is coming up in a few months and I don’t want to be hurt and sitting out isn’t really an option or I won’t be ready for competitions.
I am a long time track athlete and i've found that KT Tape really helps dull the pain. Make sure to do a lot of stretching and ice
Snipecity14 what's kt tape? I play lacrosse and have shin splints. Would this help with the pain while resting and would it be good while I exercise to prevent shin splints?
It basically helps blood flow to the area applied and lightens the load on the muscle. You can pick it up at most sporting goods stores or order it on amazon. It is called Kinesiology Tape. For me it helps relieve the resting pain. I don't feel it while resting but sorta feel it running. I usually take an Ibuprophen before practice if they are bad and ice afterwords for sure.
Great video
Love your info.
Have a question.
My shins are swelled.
So bad they thought I had a blood clot.
When tested running a finger down the Red line in your video. Extreme pain?
Do you have suggestion.
I have had torn meniscus 55 years. Got used to it.
This is different.
When sore pulses.
Go to doctor.
Hope ok.
You guys rock !!!
Crazy part is both my legs started hurting at the same time. That alone would make me think shine splits but the pain is localized and when I have resistance on my foot I don’t feel the stress like you guys are talking about.
Same thing happened to me as well. Just started up track for the first time. I know it’s been 2 years but you find a successful treatment?
I got diagnosed with grade 3 stress fractures to both shins while in basic for the USAF, got discharged over a year ago and I still have pain, should’ve gone to a physical therapist 🤦♂️
I'm deploying for USAF later this month and I'm afraid I might have stress fractures but very mild. Was there any negative repercussion to you getting diagnosed while in basic? I think I want to just muscle through the pain and go. I'm tired of waiting on DEP
@@francescochicco3949 I know its been a few years since you posted this - but I am leaving for USAF basic in about 5 days and I think I have a minor stress fracture in my left leg. How did it go for you? Did you make it through?
Helped me but bad part is I’m pretty sure I have stress fracture. Any tips on what I should do to help. I started working out/ boxing about 2 months ago and really don’t want to have to stop running.
So, does it matter what it is? Is rest the answer to both? Should we get an x-ray or MRI to clarify which it is if the tx is the same? I have one or the other and would like to know . I also have swelling in my foot on the injured leg. There is a little bit of swelling in the other foot.
very very veryyyyy helpful.Thank you
Eat a habanero pepper every time they say sure
hello! i've just started a bulking routine and for about 3 days what seems like the exterior of my leg (fibula) hurts around the knee. The pain is mild but persistent and annoying, also the fact that i feel it "inside" worries me becouse i think it might not be just an irritated tendon. I mentioned the bulking routine because i did some heavy squats and deadlifts and yeah that means stress on the joints even though i had correct form. It is worth mentioning that i have a mild case of bowlegs and i feel (by palpating) my right leg fibula epiphysis(which hurts) is slightly more protruded then the one on the other let. I at least want to know if you think it's a problem with the bone, tendon and if exercices can help because i am seriously afraid of bowleg surgery. Thank you in advance!
physicaltherapyvideo No problem, thank you for the fast reply. I did some mobility exercices and the discomfort ceased for now but i will pay a chiropractor a visit as soon as i can.
Hello doctor you have shown the exact same locations where I am feeling the pain on bone from top to bottom of the shin.. can you let me how to remove that pain
What a dope theme song!
I have exactly what you just described as a stress fracture but on my anterior tib. Is it actually a stress fracture or do you think it's something with the muscle more than the bone. It's just extremely painful to the touch and if I bump it into something, It could cause some tears. Please respond back (:
Thank you. You've clarified exactly what I've got. My pain is so severe especially at night and i've got a weak leg now which causes me to fall.
Where can I ask questions? :)
i feel the pain every time they touch the skeleton's tibia :( OUCH
