In my pursuit of truth, I found myself face-to-face with our Lord & savior and He is NOT what I ever expected to see. Praise the God who saves! May God bless each of you reading this and please remember how incredibly important the work you do for your family is. As mothers, we sacrifice so much, but it's beyond rewarding. What my initial pitch for appreciation was, is merely the fact he's humble enough to allow you to walk with him through his organic thought process without any interuptions.

It may very well be true but it also might not. Jordan has been through a hell of a lot in the past few years and to say that even on his worst days, he is better than the majority of people not only holds him to an impossibly high standard, but also diminishes the magnitude to which those bad days effect him.

I also suffer, make regrettable choices, hurt people even if I don’t mean to, suffer the consequences of other people’s choices by living in a society with them, etc. Does that mean my parents don’t exist or haven’t taught me how to be a good person? Of course not. I don’t think people realize how far reaching the consequences are, of the actions human beings take. It’s like the argument - people are dying of cancer. What God would create cancer, inflict people with it or allow people to suffer with it? That whole concept is so short sighted it’s literally laughable. People have been around, exercising their will, for a LONG time. All the choices we’ve made, chemicals we’ve created, waters we’ve polluted, trash we’ve piled up, food supply we’ve corrupted, etc., makes it pretty obvious how things like cancer and disease develop, and that God has nothing to do with it. The long lasting and far reaching consequences of all the things happening around the globe accumulate, collect, grow, mutate, and spread to people causing disease that innocent people will suffer with. This idea that because humanity suffers then God must not exist is just intellectually lazy to me.

I think in a way you have the answer to the question: You are grateful that Peterson shares himself with the world. A lot of people want that gratitude directed towards them instead. Many think that Peterson does not deserve the gratitude that he receives, and you see it in how those people react to him: How he's saying nothing new, that he's just yet another self-help book author, how he's conning people out of their money, how he's evil and his ideas are evil and everyone who follow him are fools or evil as well. They need to minimize him as much as possible, because these people feel small and insignificant, and they've convinced themselves that what they do helps other people, make the world a better place; but then they see all this gratitude flow towards Jordan they go insane, screaming "Why not ME!?".

The hate mainly stems from how he became so widely noticed in the first place: him speaking out against the c-16 bill in Canada.
People then and now continue to absolutely refuse to listen to everything he has to say. He's taken out of context a lot and interviewers edit their videos with him to make him appear sexist, angry, transphobic ect. I suppose for more views and whatnot. It's disgusting.

You don't realize but there is ideological war going on where left tells that your own personal state is due to oppression by others. And they are dominating everywhere colleges, big companies, media, political governments. Peterson's idea is completely opposite of it asking individuals to take responsibility and find meaning in their life by taking those responsibilities. He is antithesis of this oppression culture, hence so much hate. They target each individual ruthlessly who stands in their way, and they are right now at position where they literally lead the narrative, making Peterson a Villain is very easy job, only stopping factor is real people listening to peterson and improving their life.

The son of Jesus Christ (King David) is reporting for duty.
He was a man whose tongue held no lies,
For he was the direct descendant of our father in the heavenly skies.
Born to a body of fleshy sin,
Though what laid beneath was unlike the rest of his kin.
      Jesus had the utmost grace,
Never being wavered by evils face.
He was wise beyond any years,
Performing miracles that would bring crowds to tears.
A beacon of light on top of a starless mountain,
Where words of wisdom poured out of him as if there ran a cosmic fountain.
His eyes pierced through you with a single glance,
Leaving even the most hardened individuals in quite the trance.
The Holy Spirit so ever majestically flowed inside this man,
Naturally people caught notice and became a fan.
Students began showing up from every mold,
When they heard his words their hearts were sold.
Wicked men put a price on Jesus's head,
He was wanted alive or dead.
Despite this he and his disciples continued their teachings,
Where on occasion they endured terrible beatings.
One of the twelve apostles turned to black,
      No longer having Jesus's back.
Judas Iscariot had done Satan's bidding,
And it is in hell where he now is sitting.
Jesus died on the cross to pay for our shortcoming,
However don't be saddened for if you believe in him you will see him at your homecoming.
There he sits at the right hand of God's throne,
Being the voice of truth and love that we all have known.
Satan's tongue is coated in a layer of deceit,
And he tramples over promises with his feet.
He's a being who is bound by deceptions,
Whose very essence oozes with misconceptions.
He struggles to look you in your eyes,
For his gaze holds nothing but lies.
On occasion he will give you his hand,
But don't be fooled by his stand.
He seeks to corrupt your heart,
You would be wise to avoid him from the start.
Seeking quick pleasures and casting aside love,
He traverses this land with push and shove.
Now Lucifer was once not lost,
But pride blinded him at a cost.
      Disobeying God he waged war,
      Becoming detestable to the core.
Today he is the ruler of Earth,
Though for all his power he has no real worth.
However most of us have still been sold,
Giving into sin and becoming cold.
Nearly everyone is a puppet dancing on strings,
Marching to delusion for their unjust kings.
My people have given into lust,
      Becoming robots full of rust.
However you my child are the exception,
So when you meet me don't forget to mention.
That you alone have been granted the key,
And before your glory they shall all bend a knee.

I am just some guy from Eastern Europe, but I am also far richer than I would be, had I not discovered your lectures and videos. So, from the bottom of my heart - thank you. Just, thank you so so much for all that you do and let light shine upon you, Jordan, and your wonderful family.

I cant believe no one replied. Im not completely up to speed myself but he had serious health problems due to some prescription medication he was taking, his wife was diagnosed with cancer and he lost it there for a bit. She seems to be in remission and he has gone completely off medication. He did a podcast with his daughter where they discussed all of this. Sometimes i find myself listening some of his videos twice as not everything sinks in frombthe first time

Dr. Peterson, sir, you inspire me to be a better man, husband, step-father, neighbor, son, etc. I just purchased your book, Maps of Meaning and I am devouring it. I can't get enough of your thinking, and your deep insights into life and living. I am a Christian, so apart from the Bible, and your books and all the content you have on UA-cam have changed me into a better man. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I'm so glad you are doing better. I've been praying for your continued recovery, and for you to regain strength so you can get back to where you want to get. You are the best therapist I never had! Your teaching resonates so much with me and with my soul. You are such a phenomenal human being! May God richly bless you and your continued recovery!

Jordan, I’m going through the situation you discussed around halfway about caretaking. At one point, both my stepdad and dad were literally in the hospital at the same time.. in different cities.. not to burden you with details (should you see this) but let’s just say that yes.. it’s been tempting to shake my fist at god (and I frankly have done as much). Thinking about moving forward.. I’m not proud of that. I don’t like that version of me. I do need help. And i believe it is here. At least, let’s say.. you certainly are. That is for sure good news to me. Thank you, sir.

Dear Dr. Peterson, I often cry watching your videos. Once I was in a similar position as you seemingly are these days- realizing the truth of the Biblical narrative and afraid to accept this truth. I didn’t know what it would mean if I actually surrendered. I will never say my choice was or has been an easy road, but I trust that an intelligent mind that made us with the ability to find Him makes us in a way His art. Psalm 18:19 is a defense I’ve never heard used; somehow it speaks to me and maybe it will you. “...He rescued me because He delighted in me.” Dr. Peterson, I strongly believe God delights in you as well. Warmly, Gertie
