Right anterior ilium with an upslip should be treated similarly as shown in the video or should we add quadratus lumborum toning with external obliques?
did she have any sort of guarding by the piriformis? you stated that your client came in with pelvic pain; meaning pain in the buttocks region? also do you have a video on an unilateral anterior pelvic tilt video? also the stretch she was doing was stretching which muscle in the back?
She did not have piriformis guarding. Yes posterior pelvic pain. Please give me a definition of unilateral anterior pelvic tilt. It seems that it would be the same as anterior ilium. Primary muscles targeted with knee to axilla are hamstrings and adductors and gluteus maximus.
Hi Jerry, I have exactly this problem, which is causing me a lot of pain around the right SI joint and also some nerve pain down the leg. I have been unable realign my pelvis for almost a year, will try this stretch now. would you recommend doing this with other strengthening of the QL and glute med for example? or do you think just doing this stretch daily is enough?

Adding is reasonable

ALso my body displays a left AIC pattern - rotated to the right with right illium higher than left.
do you do to both sides equally or just the side that hurts?
I treat in a direction that has blocked mobility based on what I find with evaluation.
