    Hello Dr Hesch can this stretch be done if I also have a bulging disc l5 s1 ?

      There is no research to suggest it can harm and many adults have a bulging disc. However, I defer to your healthcare practitioner.

    What dysfunctions usually follow or are typically associated with this one? Doing this stretch improved my breathing and aligned the rotation of my right foot inward but I still have some slight discomfort around my left si and left pubic joint. It is also harder to move my right patella medially (requires more effort), I have pain on the inside of my right foot now from changing its previous natural orientation, and walking still feels a little wobbly on my right side.
