Hi… very informative videos. I’ve currently got a subclass 309 visa application in. 15 months waiting so far and my application has been sent off to VACCU due to my criminal record. When I first completed the application, I only declared my convictions. However, seen it’s been submitted they’ve asked me to get a more in-depth police check, which actually showed police cautions from 20 years ago for being drunk. There’s about 2/3 of them. Would that be considered as incomplete information and potentially result in a refusal?

I feel like it is better if you wait for around 3months after the visa refusal, since most people who apply for another visa after being rejected, always fail again for the same reasons. That's simply terrible, and in the first half of the year, there would be a lot of refusal letters sent to those legitimate applicants, which is awful.
