What about the ACT PhD streamline pathway? Am I eligible to apply for it as Canberra resident if I did my PhD and worked for over an year in ACT but moved interstate for a few months but returned to ACT and currently work here?

Hi, thanks for the video. A couple of questions. 1. I am a PhD student at UNSW-Canberra; can I use my time as a PhD student as the criteria for employment? 2. after I submit the EOI and the Matrix and have a favourable result, then with that invitation I apply for the 190 visa, right? and 3. In case I can not use my time as PhD student here at UNSW-Canberra, can I at least use it to get some points in the criteria for employment?
