Thanks for sharing your story, Kindall, and thanks to Emmie for helping people. We are all different yet there is this common theme of emotions affecting our eating. I feel sad that that there are so many people experiencing that problem . We have to keep hoping and searching for solutions until we find something that works. The plant based doctors have the best programs ,and Emmie really understands deeper how to implement them into our lives.
