- The KNUCKLES show starring Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna and Adam Pally Wade Whipple has landed on Paramount+ and it's dividing audiences and critics. Is the SONIC THE HEDGEHOG spin-off for fans of the games, or just for kids who like the movies? DJ and Roxy discuss the history of the character and review the show!

Knuckles is the coolest, but I'm not going to argue with anyone who prefers Sonic or Shadow. Those characters were manufactured to be cool
My thoughts on how they should've gone with the Sonic movies to start this creative world out: "EggMan" is experimenting with some sort of teleportation tech. He has already gotten himself to Sonic's world and has learned about the Chaos Crystals and what not. He causes some of the human characters (James Marsden's character and his wife) end up in Sonic's world. They bump into Sonic and end up building a relationship though him helping them get back to Earth. Sonic also knows he needs to get to Earth to keep Dr. Robotnik from getting the Crystals. It would have been nice to spend more time in Sonic's world. Then, in the second movie we can spend a bit more time here on Earth. As for the show.... I don't know exactly but I think we need to spend more time in the game world instead of here in the "real world." Thoughts?

This was a great episode! Love roxys questions. It's always fun to hear a non gamers perception of stuff you're really into. Great job guys! And you nailed it DJ. I don't give a fuck about wade lol. Wish we got more knuckles in the knuckles show. Humans are the worst part of this sonic franchise but I'm excited for shadow
The sonic boom on Hulu is perfect
Knuckles was made like a late 90s, early 2000s stoner comedy. Like dumn and dumner, dude wheres my car, Biodome..etc..If you dont like that type of comedy you will think this show is childish and wont like it.
