Last year he got laid off from his job and the reason he was given was that he did nothing wrong but they needed a non-white person in the role. Don't forget almost without exception, the diversity hire ALWAYS flexes hard on all of their co-workers to show them how much of a protected class they are. Thus making them the most insufferable people to work with and rendering the workplace toxic.

I am a firearms instructor for a public sector state close protection unit. We are responsible for protecting domestic and visiting foreign heads of state and government. A few years ago, a female only course was run for DEI reasons. This course had a 100% pass rate, comparing to the usual of 30%. The standards were floored, the physical test was removed, not one passed the firearms qualification. And all of this was lied and lied and lied about to everyone. The training team was then nominated for a diversity award. I protested all of this and was accused of sexism…for believing that gender should not be considered.
The damage this did to the credibility of that unit, to women who may otherwise be capable and to morale and pride, to this day is disgusting. None of those women remain. They didn’t earn it and not being stupid, realised exactly how they were being patronised.
The recent attempt on Trump highlighted precisely the same dishonest vandalism that puts lives at risk.

Despot, I'm surprised you didn't include Eternals, probably the MCU's most DEI by design film. Not only were the characters altered to suit the DEI hire cast ( hint, guess which ethnicity and sexual orientation turns out to be the villain) but Chloe Zhao, who won an Oscar for a low budget fill about Frances McDormand urinating in buckets, was its stunningly unquallified DEI hire director. The fillm marketed itself on DEI , and totally avoided everything that earned the comic book source material its somewhat niche but also revered status, as a Jack Kirby masterpiece.

I've never once heard a black, Asian or Latino person say anything about being underrepresented in movies and TV, without someone else bringing it up. Real people worry about real things that actually impact their lives. People who have time to count how many non white people are in a movie are people who have plenty of money. But my mother who is late 60s and also a grandmother wouldn't stand a chance filling, setting, starting. The generator. Wouldn't stand a chance starting the fire to cook hot water. Wouldn't stand a chance with the small electric chainsaw to clear debris. I'm not saying my mother sucks in any way but she is very healthy and in shape for her age and reality has limitations.
