  • Ingredients: 6 pieces of pork loin, 50 ml of ketchup, 1 carrot, 1/2 bell pepper, 50 g of hard cheese, 110 ml of olive oil, 50 ml of red dry wine (you can use white), 50 ml of soy sauce, 30 g of honey, 200 g asparagus, salt and black pepper to taste, grated parmesan and pine nuts for serving.
    Method: pound the meat so that it is about 5 mm thick. Salt, pepper. Lubricate with ketchup. Cut carrots, bell pepper and cheese into cubes. Place vegetables and cheese on the meat and wrap it in a roll. Here I highly recommend using cooking threads to secure the roll well. Otherwise, it will fall apart like mine 🙃 Fry the rolls in heated olive oil until golden brown on all sides. Set aside. Add wine, soy sauce and honey to the same oil. You can also add 20-30 g of ketchup to the sauce for better taste and consistency. Bring to a boil and return our rolls to the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, pouring sauce from time to time to make the rolls juicier 👌 My favorite asparagus recipe is a side dish. Everything is very simple! Fry the asparagus in oil until it turns brown and softens. We salt it. Rub a little parmesan on the finished asparagus and sprinkle with pine nuts. For the first time, I made such rolls (asparagus for sure 101 times 😊) and I want to tell you, friends, that this is a worthy dish that you can surprise your guests with! ❤️
