    Good recipe. My take on it:
    Mongolian Pork
    Ingredients:
    • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced across the grain
    • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
    • 1 medium onion
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 tbsp. ginger
    • few pieces of spring onions
    • 1 small red bell pepper
    Mongolian sauce:
    • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
    • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 2 tsp. cornstarch
    Directions
    1. Marinade pork with soy and pepper, then coat with cornstarch, mixing well. Next add oil and mix well.
    2. Make the sauce: combine all and mix well. Set aside.
    3. Fry pork in hot oil until nice and brown and crusty. Add onions, ginger and garlic and keep frying.
    4. Add spring onions and red bell pepper keep frying until veggies are softened to your desired level of doneness.
    5. Add sauce and stir until it thickens and cooks the corn starch through.
    6. Serve with sticky rice!

    Mine never turned brown. Not while cooking in the pan and not after adding the sauce mix. None the less, it was very good.

    Do I need add more sauce if will mix it sa 500grams of egg noodles?

      Hello there. 😊Often when I combine soy sauce and oyster sauce I don't add salt. But if you want to add salt, you can reduce the ratio of soy sauce and oyster sauce so that the dish is not salty. 😊

      Hi! 👋 You will miss the aroma that comes from the sesame oil if you use just a regular oil. If sesame oil is not available, try to toast 1 part sesame seeds to 4 parts of regular oil to get the aroma and flavor of the sesame oil. Just low fire only when toasting. Hope this help.     Why did my pork become mushy after adding and mixing the corn starch? I added the oil after giving it a stir with the corn starch only, just like in the video. Then it got stuck to the bottom of an oiled stainless steel pan... in the end, the result was delicious, but how can I avoid that next time?

      Hi Mariane, chili-garlic usually it is a sauce mixture of garli, chili peppers vinegar, salt and some other seasonings, you can buy this in some asian store usually in bottle. Taste a bit tangy and of course spicy. Thank you for watching, hope to see you around again.

But we sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and the wages of sin is death and the verdict for our sins when the day comes for us to be judged by God is hell but God in his great love sent His only begotten Son, Jesus. fully God and fully man. And live a perfect life and died for our sins on the cross and after three days being buried He rose from the dead. The death that you and I deserve, Jesus take so He can pay and atone for our sins and give us eternal life and we can be with Him. Just like how a person may be guilty but because someone paid for his fine he is free to go that's what Jesus did for us. What only we need to do is to repent of our sins (turning away from every sins everyday) and believe and put our trust and faith on Him and what He did for us that He already paid for our sins in the cross, not trusting in our good deeds or works for our salvation or to get to heaven but on what He did for us in the cross and and actively following Him every day and building a relationship with Him. "faith working through love" "faith that has action or works"
