I’m so confused whenever I tighten the top part the two jaws just open and the whole chain either comes out. Am I missing something?

Hi, It's been a while since that video. I think that was for a motorized scooter when I made that video. Sorry, I don't think it was for the Fiskars reel mower. That uses a chain though too. I think you can get that from Amazon maybe
