Making a decorative hay bale with a mini hay baler by hand
Переглядів 78Місяць тому
Using a wood box and a plunger, a bit of hay baler twine, a knife, and a screwdriver as a knitting needle to make a decorative mini/small square bale. I’d cut some hay and added some grass clipping to it. This was hay in a day, I cut the hay yesterday, raked it in the mid day and then baled it tonight. Thanks for watching!
I found the cutest mini pumpkins!

I just love how these mini pumpkins look! The pumpkins- a Chinese miniature gourd variety- aren’t ready yet but it’s cool how the new pumpkins are just small versions of what they’ll look like later. #pumpkin #gardening #garden #harvest

Turning the tub upside down also works
Can it fit/wash comforters? Been looking for a decent size one that can wash queen size blankets.
My gas cap is stuck! Qny ideas?
this is so cool! thank you for capturing, very interesting behavior. giving her all in that performance lol
I bought this washer back in January and it was a big mistake spending nearly $400 for this. On every setting including the "Strong" setting, while washing the agitation on this only does it for 1 second back and forth. I had a Costway portable washer and that would agitate for 4-5 seconds on the Strong setting. I really dont know why Comfee added all of those settings when they all agitate for 1 second and the only thing with each one is the timer on them. Huge disappointment !
Thanks for sharing
The ground is soft thats not impressive.
this technique works on hard or soft ground. Thank you for commenting

Freakin right it is
That’s a star picket. You hammer them into the ground. The friction holds them in place
Rockchuck
Why grind beans? I’ve never thought of doing that.
thank you for commenting, it was just for demonstration. I only plan on using this for grinding corn
He my cousin
Can you tell us what you are planning with this bird bath and China plate?
I was attempting to have shiny thinks like porcelain shards submerged in concrete under water to attract birds to the bird bath. I eventually broke this one and didn’t have it cure long enough so I remade it as a ground bird bath with no porcelain dishes
Steel toe-cap "Safety" Crocs, I take it?
If hybrid seed you may be ok thick where minimum distance is 6in plant to plant. Heirloom corn wants 9-12in between plants to set ears, otherwise a lot of stalks and no ears or 'nubins'. keep putting on the grass clippings until the corn can shade the grass out.
Thank you for your very thoughtful and helpful comment
Broadcast 2 bags of decomposed cow pie around those corns
Good idea because I think it’s low in nitrogen now
Thanks for demo'ing it but a link to where you got it would help.
I'll be glad to get a link there soon
so the item is not eligible for amazon associates for me to get a link there but here is the name you can search for it on Amazon Seymour AUA2 Adjustable Auger with Wood Handle

right, that is random that I didn't have an even number. Just grabbed clothes from the pile. Thanks for watching and commenting
Ours always nest in the weirdest places. On top of ladders, in bicycle baskets, etc. Just found one on a rake in our carport this morning. Didn't find it in time to take it down - had 3 eggs already.
Thank you for watching and commenting. Thank you for not taking it down too!
Bro swangin that thang
Why do you hate your car. Couldn't you put cardboard or a blanket on the trunk???
Thank you 😊. My son lives monarchs and we live in Florida where they stay all year round 👌
That’s awesome, glad you also enjoy monarchs!
Your channel just popped into my feed and funny enough, for some reason this guy's video did a few days ago. Never in my life have I used or owned a scythe. Maybe this video will help your form. ua-cam.com/video/GRZELEHr8Xw/v-deo.html
Thanks for this video! My farm museum was just donated one of these, and I needed to see it in action so I could understand how to operate it. As the commenter above says, we have ours attached to the side of a large wooden crib.
Glad I could help! Thanks for watching and commenting. My next video is attempting to figure out the scythe.
It is a Hocking Valley corn sheller made in Lancaster Ohio. The no. 14a is a part no. not a model no. All the steel parts have a no. cast into them.I just restored one just like it recently.
Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate it
good video, I'm sure the birds will appreciate it😊 greetings from Argentina
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
Argentina is a place I’d love to see in my life, haven’t been to South America yet though
@@sittinginvitation Wow! Oh really? I hope that when you come here you have an incredible time, the people are friendly and gentle 💖 (Sorry for the bad english jajaja)
Well it's 2 years later. Any further comments on reliably? Still using it? Is it worth buying?
Thank you for watching and commenting. 2 years in I still am using it. It’s been a really great tool for starting charcoal and I am personally happy with mine. Granted I only get around to grilling a few times a year. Just be careful to keep an eye on the heater and don’t get distracted with other projects and forget it’s in the charcoal is my suggestion, be sure to follow the instructions so the plastic in the handle doesn’t get ruined. Thanks again!
It's really cool and pretty 👍... Whenever I pour concrete in a form that's going to make direct contact with my driveway (concrete on concrete,) I lay an old shower curtain on top of the driveway and that way it won't stick to the driveway. That's an awesome idea the way you cut the wood to form it into a round form....If you give up on the birds not making use of it and having to keep cleaning out the algae for nothing, you can then get a beautiful gazing ball and turn it into a gazing ball stand.
That's a great idea! Thank you for watching and commenting I appreciate your positive and thoughtful comment
It takes mine a few seconds.
It’s cause he don’t know what he doin lol
I recently saw a whole family of baby cardinals and also saw the dad and mom just two weeks until one day they left. It was a fun time seeing the birds and also gonna miss seeing the birds🥹🥹😀😀
I totally agree- it was an incredible blessing to find them. Thank you for watching and commenting! Hope you see another nest next year!
Ur supposed to but the guard up against what your cutting. Would cut this ins 5 seconds or less…… idiot
Thank you for watching and commenting, whereas I’m not an idiot I do appreciate your feedback for future viewers. Have a nice day
@@sittinginvitation you are.

@@Sloth-k7i he is lol 😂
Thank you for watching and commenting, wish it was a littler nicer but thank you anyway
He's not ins5alling the cover because he broke the clips and you can't install the cover without them. FYI, they are important.
Video is a lie? Square nuts aren't shown! You can't tighten the screws without the square nuts! The battery terminals aren't threaded.
Thank you for watching and commenting. There is a battery terminal square nut on each end. Your correct the ends are not threaded, the bolt screws into a square nut to hold it into place. I haven’t watched the video in a while but if I missed filming that part I apologize. You should be able to see the square nuts and Phillips head bolts id think. Thank you for your time
Amazing, you saved the day!
Glad to hear it!
can it be used for rs50 chain?
most of them have a wide range of sizes he said 25-60 but double check
Beautiful Church
Are they copper or copper coated? I cant tell from the video but if you look close at where they are sniped on the ends they might be copper coated. Doesnt make alot of sense to use solid copper for a staple. Edit: as for the reason it's because copper doesn't deteriorate as fast as other metals. Why they use copper on old wood ships along time ago. Copper would stand up to salt water for a long time
Thank you for the answer
@@sittinginvitation if you take one of the longer ones and bend it back and forth a bunch it should break and you'll be able to see the other metal in the core. Zinc maybe
You could’ve ate those💀
Haha..."don't kick your sister!" Great that you are getting the kids involved!
It looks like you have plenty of help.😉
Mealworms work
“Good enough for who its for “ you ate with that one 😂
This is the kind of tool that I've had for a good while, and only ever knew half the uses and never had any idea what the official purpose was Case in point, Hammer is obvious, but the horn being used as a horn, but for fencing staples (and as a lever), I never would have got! (And somehow I registered wire cutters but not wire pliers) Fantastic video, thanks for the information!
