    I appreciated this workout...I pulled a muscle in my back and hip and doing more strenuous exercise seems to re-injure it...this was just right, I only had to modify the squats b/c if I went up onto my toes my butt said "Don't do that!!" lol

      LOL, listen to the Bootay baby. I will make sure that I show you how to do a modified squat and it's real cute. I will shout you and it out on Thrusday's class. I have tricompartmental osteoarthritis in my left knee and my right now isn't any better. I had to find something that was right for me so I can get and stay in shape. Thank you for joining and I can't wait to workout with you again. FlyerStrong.
