The Legend of Let Me Solo Her in Helldivers 2 (Community Legend) @LMSH Helldivers II brings the legend of let me solo her to life. I know most of you are gonna be sitting there scratching your heads when I say there’s a link between the two. Is the strangest crossover in the history of gaming about to occur? Well, yes but also no. You’ll see what I mean. Helldivers II launched about a month and a week ago, and to say that its rise has been swift and rapid might just be the understatement of the year. if you haven’t heard of Let Me Solo Her, well, you’re in for a treat my friend. I’ve already made a video which explains everything about the most legendary Elden Ring player alive, and I’ll link that in the description of this video, . This is the story of how Let Me Solo Her came to Helldivers 2!

I can confirm this is accurate
I think they should add a SOS response success stats to promote this good behavior.
I like that idea to be fair knowingly dropping into shit to help a struggling diver out should be rewarded
They should make a Skull Admiral Rescuing Coalition [SARC] or something like that fr
Also a player rating system could help. But keep it in the back menus so people don't abuse it, and only really look for, or find it when they are motivated enough to; for example purposely and repeatedly team killing report function.
that is a good idea SOS response stats with a behaviour meter like in red dead redemption 2 that measure their behaviour like a good cowboy or an outlaw in helldiver it would be like a treason - DEMOCRATIC
@@BacsarugoCringeMaker Rescue Admiral Atasu rolls of the tongue nicely
To add to the Let Me Solo Her’s legend; there’s an ongoing online comic involving Smash Bros. characters by Gabaleth, and in one installment, a scene in a gym showed Let Me Solo Her working out alongside Doom Slayer.
Where can I find it?
@@catlord1236 It’s on UA-cam. Search Gabaleth smash bros comic.

Putting my comment here cause I too want to know
Ran around with a squad for 30 mins, mission completed. running to EVAC, I got kicked. no warning, No words the whole time. saved the whole crew twice with Orbital Lasers. I got nothing in the end. PAIN.
SAME
that is very UNDEMOCRATIC
Sounds very... FASCIST...

Its like one of those destiny 2 raids where you get kick before the mission ends
I've only ever kick people when I forgot to set my settings to friends only and I needed space for them, I ask nicely that super earth does not court marshal me for this
That is à good reason to kick people just explain the situation before kicking and you'll bé alright
Dude, if someone kicks you while extraction is happening, you deserve suspension. That's really messed up. I haven't come across this yet

Level 50s do this all the time. It’s not one dude, he just made a Reddit post lmao
I am the random one who joined a game by accident and saves the mission.
I accidentally joined a level 7 game, being a level 14 I joined at the worst time.
No more reinforcements, everyone dead and the main objective uncompleted. If I'm honest, I think I didn't fire a single bullet and I just ran.
Complete the mission, collect all the samples from their corpses, ask for 2 more reinforcements, and use them as bait while waiting for extract.
Exactly. Im that dude aswell, but my MO is try to answer SOS until i cant see any. If that fails i launch lvl 7 missions and do all 3 campaigns up to 9 with the same team. I ensure at least 3 players get 9 full top missions with 3+5+6 super samples and unlock all difficulties...
My friend list is huge already, ppl add me and will literally pop into my ship even if i got no mission selected.
Btw if you see Negão da Válvula of the SES Ombudsman of Individual Merit be welcome and feel free to ask if you dont know about any particular weapon or objective.
Except now its no longuer lvl 50... im 133 after being rolled over as 113
I'm level 57 by now, only been rushing this game for a couple of weeks, and I still see people kicking people out of lobbies. :
@@hopeeverest that’s not what we’re talking about lol
At my age (72) I am always appreciative of someone who jumps in and gives a hand to the little guy, so kudos to all of you who do that to help others. But, to those who choose to be jerks, well, lets just say karma can be a bitch, and somewhere, sometime, the bitch will strike you, and usually her strike is way worse than the piddly stuff you did to someone in a video game. So be kind to others, is always the best policy for everyone.

Once a gamer always a gamer.
You hit quick play. I'm level 50 and have been for almost two weeks I don't know how you compare to Let Me Solo Her
Well then if your level 50. I’d assume that you know how an sos works. When you’re on a planet deciding what mission to play you can see other players that are actively working on a mission right? Well you might have seen other players missions that have a ring pulsing around them? That’s a player requesting an sos. So you don’t have to hit quick play you can just find people on the planets that are needing help. So therefore you are going out of your way to find and help players that really need it and are requesting help. But I figured since your lvl 50 you know all that right?
Just baffles me that I’m only lvl 22 and know more of the game and it’s mechanics than lvl 50 players.
@@thebloodlines4830 Crazy how quick play sends you to those sos beacons just like clicking on them. They explained how quick play works but nice try bud. The point was that there is no tracking for SOS beacons answered in the game. But you know that at level 22 right?
See thats the thing. Let me solo her isnt a simple man. He's an IDEA
@@thebloodlines4830buddy thought he did something
“lvl 50 responds to sos beacons.” Bro it’s called QUICK PLAY, we all do it. only difference is we don’t do it for fame, we do it for fun and democracy.
half the time i try to do this, i get kicked only because i am level 50 lol.
like, if they dont want help, they shouldnt be placing down SOS beacons and/or having open lobbies.
Literally what all the level 50s do, we all already unlocked everything so we only do quick play rofl what is this dude in the video smoking lmao
Yeah, while this story is great, there are a great deal of us out here that are doing the same thing. Which is amazing! We veteran players should be helping our new recruits or those in need. I've been playing for 260hrs plus, have everything in the game, and now I just help people. There's no need for me to play, but I still do cause it's fun, and I enjoy helping my fellow divers
*loads quick play*
“ItS LeT mE SoLo HeR!”
I have kicked level 50's just because I assumed they had to be trash for playing in lower levels 😅 After getting up to 25, I understand that sometimes they just want to enjoy a match instead of fighting for thier life every .03 seconds lol
I know atleast a handful of 50s that do this. This guy isn't the only one, he is the only one that had to make it known for some reason.
Maybe to motivate?
It’s a nice feeling and that reddit thread rallied a lot of people
Doing the same thing here. Suprise to the level 4 guys when 3 level 50s just decide to pop in and say hi.
I was booted during a Taniks part 2, because I didn't use a rocket but a linear instead and I STILL out damaged everyone. They didn't boot me from the party in time
More like they booted you cause you out gun them lol but honestly they must of been using shit rockets in that case cause rockets are best damage on a well and most players use bait and switch apex with one Galijarhorn to one phase him into final stand
@Darkwarp1994 it's because he's obviously talking shit, no one is outdoing damage with a linear
300 hours played and I didn't know anyone else was serving as an SOS Offi-SIR, I've been answering SOS on 7,8, and 9, mostly on Malevelon Creek for about 2 weeks now. Cool to know there are others👍👍
Honestly I do the same after getting everything the only thing left to do is set the example for the next skull admiral
Hmm, what about all the unsung heroes who do that same thing? We are all heroes.
The answer to the kick issue is democracy. Make it a Vote Kick system like TF2 has.
Could be easily exploited if the kicker has friends
wow, perfect video, Your video style is very nice. Your Helldivers 2 content is also very nice, thank you.
I love that you used the Halo 3 odst soundtrack
recently was in a level 7 mission with the guy. we didn't speak only chatted but after we took out the 2 factory striders on menkent he asked me if I had more missions. I said no and he asked if he could help others to which I said yes. he's a genuinely nice guy and all should strive to be him.
when the hive lords pull up , bro's gonna solo one
The nice thing about Deep Rock Galactic is you still get the rewards you got up to that point before being kicked.
The only reason, for which i kick party members, is ppl that just run straight to obj, ignore squadmates and just want to finish ASAP
based
This man has given me a new mission imma be doing the same on Malevelon, help the Creek Divers any way i can
I think I actually played with this guy once. When I had started dealing with bugs I was having a rough go at it. This guy drops down for the sos, drops some high end gear and was generally a really awesome player.

Let Me Solo DEMOCRACY!
Glad my notifications are working 🎉🎉🎉
To me if you sit at extract and just farm kills instead of getting on the ship, I will post in chat to please get on the ship. After that, if they choose to ignore that message, then I give another warning that I will kick them. This solves the issue of no warning. Is it wrong... maybe. But at the same time, you don't get anything for kill count.
Broooo why tf do so many people just love to linger at extraction it drives me insane. Or the opposite, they try to leave with half the team and all the samples on the other side of the map :(
I'll confess that I've booted someone from the game near the end of the mission but they had eaten through a majority of our reinforcements by running off on their own thinking they're Rambo and completing zero objectives. My friend and I told them to stop. "You clearly can't solo the double gunship fabricators." In the end, we didn't have the reinforcements risk tackling the last optional objectives. I firmly felt this guy didn't deserve the samples we worked hard to collect and I kicked him. Don't want to be a team? You don't get the team loot.
as a mysterious man once said: "The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world."
LET US SOLO THEM, FOR SUPER EARTH!!!
this guy got famous for playing the game like the rest of us without friends
I was fortunate enough to have a few players help me like this when I started playing Helldivers 2. Im certainly not as good as letmesoloher, but now that I am a higher level player I really enjoy dropping to level 3-5 to help lower level players or just drop high end stratagems for them to use. It just feels right to pay it forward and be the change you want to see in gaming communities.
I want to give this guy a special dlc video that shows his very own specially designed paint for the helmet and worn-out hell diver suit design and call him a helldiver veteran
For the alg. "Inverted commas" ?
Hi,
Back when I first started (lvl 3 I believe) I joined a random SOS call while waiting for my friends to get online. I loaded in, I was met with a player giving me a hug and then enter the helicopter. I had quick look around, he had completed every objective and picked up a lot of samples. He/she could have completed the mission before i loaded in properly, instead they decided to wait and greet me.
My point is that there are a lot of hero's out there, not just the OP people that'll carry your butt to victory.
RS and SC are shared when anyone in your team gathers them
I'm glad to see that there are others doing the same, I didn't know that it was so appreciated to help like that. Seems like I have something I can do for others in this game.
0:21 aged like 3 year old milk but way faster then it.
Can confirm with the intro part about being unfairly kicked. The most recent example was me IN-MISSION with a squad only to be kicked when I wasn't following behind them. Another was when I didn't get into the landing shuttle because I had reasonable suspicion they would team-kill. And another example was when I joined only to be kicked, when there was no mission being played
I do apologize for this long comment, I had to give some personal experiences
The last one happens if someone opens a lobby and has their visibility set to public when they meant to be private and they were playing with friends
I've kicked a person from my lobby twice.
1st was he kept throwing nades or stratagems at teammates.
2nd was a dude who knocked me out of a terminal for no reason when my HP was low, thus killing me, I killed back, saying lets leave it at that, he kept killing, thus I kicked him when he kept wasting lives.
i heard of his story before this video and it inspired me to wear full orange and answer SOS calls and join people that are in a 1/4 lobby
The only time I kick someone is when I’m trying to get to my next mission and my RANDOM teammate thinks it’s a good time to go AFK for 3 hours ( and yes I have waited that long) just for them to leave anyways
"I wont just be losing my samples, I'd be losing my marbles too"
With a lot of blood sweat and tears I (sometimes) manage to solo lvl 6 missions when my friends aren't around. Solo clearing anything above that is insane to me. But at least I won't get kicked for loving the grenade launcher.
Make that man a General... I'd follow him wherever...
I pray for him as he becomes another living legend
5:50 "45 minute mission" when the maximum time for a mission is 40 minutes lol
Dude does what most high level players do but braged about it. Gives off I give homeless people food on tik tok vibes.
Yeah it does
So you’re upset he got put in the spotlight for it? It seems like he enjoys helping players in trouble or people that aren’t as good or are inexperienced. Nothing wrong with that.
@@nathanwhitney6756 yea and he can do what you want. But there is a big difference between this person and let me solo her. Where as let me soloher was recognized for his deeds before ever posting, on the opposite end we have the man who brought his own name to attention. So the question is did he help people to help or help people to brag about it. Like I said it gives off helping homeless people for view vibes.
The samples might be shared, but those wanting the achievements sadly have to be in possession of them to unlock. Thankfully I have no problem dropping the samples for someone else to pick up. Looking forward to the extraction cutscene disconnects. Really hope that last group I ran with got the super rare samples I had given I was the only one to extract due to us going past the mission timer. Sadly before the numbers popped up the game crashed for me.
Puts a smile on my face.
so long as there is evil, there will always be heros to fight it
People get kicked for being absolute nuisances and not helping complete the mission too
Sometimes someone has to go. Feels bad but some people are just trolling.
When you play solo long enough i kind of expect people to fan out and get the job done quicker, a personal exception is i hope to have one collector type person running around taking care of samples while us other 3 take out various bot factories and main/secondary objectives. On helldiver it depends, more or less teams of 2 branching out but still too much work to be done to waltz around as a squad imo
i completely forgot that new players struggle i am gonna do my part to help the rookies
this video reminded me of the selfless acts of the fuel rats for elite dangerous, where they would come to the rescue of anyone in need. I'm wondering if anyone has made a group similar to them for helldivers 2. if so id love to join. I'm usually a solo play but from now on I'm going to look for the s.o.s and do my part for democracy.
they could just implement a votekick that has to be unanimous across 3 players
Back in my golden days in D2, in my clan I always offered to help out anyone who needed help on an exotic mission when we had a ton of them. I'd help them with builds if they needed it, and be the unkillable titan guide that help them reach the end and get that sweat golden lined weapon.
I've started playing Hell Divers 2 recently. While I'm not strong enough yet, I'll defiantly follow in Atasu's foot steps when I am able to.
This is why I host a lobby and almost NEVER kick anyone out.
Bro pulling out Robbie Rotten from Lazytown
Only time I have wanted to kick was when they called in the evac before clearing the map entirely
I can't tell you how many times ive dropped a rover for another player cuz they didn't have better weapons yet
he follows the path of the jar
I joined a game and they had no respawns left, seemingly about to be wiped out. I spawned in, and completed the objectives, told them to clear out whatever they needed, and that I would cover their extract. Gotta help those new divers, make sure they don't end up like our fallen.
I think I've encountered him before, but it was on medium difficulty, wish he was there to help me during my solo challenging run, but I persevered until extraction, just how he would've wanted me to
Now we just need this kind of symbol to get the game on xbox and the community would be better for it cause i really want to try out this game on my Xbox
Once I get to a higher level and unlock all the stratagems I can, I may follow in the Skull Admiral's footsteps. I would like to be that helpful lol. The problem is I play solo a lot, and you use different tactics and such for that kind of game
This man is the reason to kick play
They're called quotation marks, not inverted commas.
Our king...he has returned
It always takes me longer to kill the godskin apostle duo
I’ve met atasu, I live by his example in helldivers
Only kicked someone because I accidentally called an SOS beacon while running with a friend. Waited until we got done with the mission first, since they were already there and (mostly) helpful.
This guy has been in one of my games! Holy shit!
He's a HelpDiver
I help as well look for Master Cheif 117. Helping fellow helldivers grows our community stronger
Lots of people do this.
I do this a lot in level 3-7 especially when im bored and just want to farm samples and supercreds; i also join in trivial quickplay or SOS signals and then drop in patriot exosuits for the newbies for them to play with.
this dude isn't just one man. i know a lot of people that do this.
Well since there’s a hero.
Might as well become a villain
it used to be a more common practice when i played helldivers(1st one) i was one of these as well that finished it all just to help others as a op godlike being thats helpfull to team and destructive to the rest. Im pretty sure the reward is your own inner view of supremacy while doing so.
Was kicked for collecting samples and doing side quests for the host's lobby. I was by myself, surviving the onslaught from left to right
Lets call him... LET ME ASSIST YOU!
He's him, he's the helpdiver 😂
We hold the Creek!
I jump to level 7-9 and hit quickplay. If I join an SOS or just a public lobby, I'm doing my part!
I heard the odst sound track this video near the end
Been doing something similar with my buddy's, we group up and fill lonely divers SOS
I ran into Atasu like day 3 of the game being out they're a cool player may super earth give them the highest possible commendation
I also help people in distress calls. But there were people who team kill me. And kicked me before game clear screen after mission has been completed.
Or after they do team kill, they reinforce me just to kill me again for the weaponry I have. Repeated.
Looks like gantz the demon has a nemesis
The Avatar of Liber-tea
I have only ever kicked one person and it was because as soon as we landed he murdered the whole team. He did it again after he reinforced us. So I kicked him.
Maybe to counter being kicked for no reason, they should implement a system that prevents being kicked in the beginning or towards the end of a mission.
When I play and a lower level player joins I always call in my equipment for them. Mostly the personal sheiks. It helps level 1-9 players so much. I also try not to get to upset with the shoot me and blow me up 1000 times lol
I have been doing the same thing for the last 2 months.
Olh, so THIS is the chief Hope has the hots for...
Solution : go to social, recent players, find the last host by time, block.

The only time I kicked someone was when I air droped my quasar cannon and shield and some random picked up 1st and refused to give it up becuse I didn't picked up as soon it hit the ground.
