    Those work out movements look challenging I'm 56 years old as I get older my body sometimes tells me not over do it because of joint pain so I just drop the weight and increase the reps and I just modify some movements thanks Josh for the continued videos.

      People need to stretch the older they get. Get into yoga I'm telling you it's amazing. The body aches because it's stagnant. When I dont stretch or exercise I get tight and ache. Just my 2 cents.

    5. BARBELL ROWS
    TOP 3 cardio:
    1. ECHO BIKE (50 CAL in challenge in 40 seconds)
    2. RUNNING
    3. BOXING

    Really thought I had your picks on point. My guess and also Top 6 Picks:
    1. Squats 👍
    2. Deadlifts 👍
    3. Pull-Ups 👍
    4. Push-Ups (close to Dips)
    5. RUN or Echo Bike (espacially for Fitness)
    6. Toes-to-Bars (espacially with all these other hinging movements in your list)

    1) incline BP on a Smith machine
    2) leg extensions/ham curl
    3) pull up/lat pulldown
    4) dips
    5) overhead tri extensions
    6) seated incline DB curl
    Walking everyday 30mins
    All at slow tempo. 8-12 reps 2-3 sets max.

    My 1-6 1.Deadlift 2.shoulder press (any) 3.Bench press 4.sled (push/pull) 5.cleans 6.pull-up (any)

    I saw the title to this vid and I knew we'd be close. Here's what my 6 are
    1 - Heavy low rep deadlifts
    2 - Heavy full squat BB Clean & Jerk
    3 - Weighted pullups
    4 - Weighted dips
    5 - Kb Snatch (btw would love to see you do the 10min snatch test with the 54lb)
    6 - Bench Press (DB and BB)
    *honourable fun mentions Z-press, DB Pullovers, ab wheel and good ol' curls.

    Love these 6 and naturally went to these when returning to fitness after twins. Fun number 7 for me would be handstands or getting inverted but definitely a 7. All 6 can be done in some combination and i just use DBs at home and start moving

    1. Snatch (has deadlift and overhead squat)
    2. clean and jerk (deadlift, front squat, and overhead press) (get to count this as one because the Olympics do)
    3. pullups
    4. burpees (or devils press which could be considered a form of a weighted burpee)
    5. handstand walk
    6. running (including running pushing or pulling sled) (also running sux)

    Almost exactly the same for me
    1. Clean and press (is that 1 or 2?)
    3. Pullup
    4. Dip
    5. Mace swings
    6. Loaded carry.
    I see more squats and deadlifts in my future....

    Yes definitely true the Devil presses really kick your but , new to these but there definitely a mind muscle connection with the move movement.

    I'm surprised, Josh didn't include Sandbag Cleans in either of his lists. He's always doing them.

    Interesting lists! I prefer the KB snatch to the DB snatch. A little bit more technical (IMO), so a little bit more fun.

    Kettlebell suitcase carry
    Sandbag bear hug carry
    If you don’t have access to bumper plates the barbell versions of snatch and C&P can be done with kettlebells

    If you need a 6 exercise workout that you could do weekly and be in great shape, these are superior:
    1) Pullups
    2) Pushups
    3) deadlift
    4) front squat
    5) squat thruster
    Different ways you can load these and equipment variety.
    I will say honorable mention is either a snatch or devil press.

    Dip is honestly great, I probably would’ve said bench had I not watched the video
    Heavy carry’s kb, sandbag, db, whatever. Just very functional, effective, and gets the core I loved a bit more

    everyone forgets about kettle bells, there is nothing better for overall fitness. it is a bit of a shame that classic kettle bell exercises are artificially replaced with danbells
